Single Sign-OnHireTouch supports Single Sign-On Authentication. The system also supports embedded links with no log-in required when utilizing the client’s network. Log-in would always be required when accessing from a public computer. The following methods are currently supported:• Central Authentication Service (CAS)• Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)• Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)• Security Assertion Markup Language 2.0 (SAML)

Integrate with LinkedIn, Vitae & Sovren Applicants are able to create a new HireTouch account or connect an existing account to a LinkedIn or Vitae profile. It allows applicants to populate areas of their application with information found on their profile, as well as the ability to sign in to HireTouch using LinkedIn or Vitae credentials. HireTouch also integrates with Sovren Resume Parser, allowing applicants to accurately populate application fields easily by uploading their resume.

Custom Career PortalPreserving your brand identity is a key benefit of HireTouch’s custom career portal, which allows you to keep a consistent look and feel throughout the entire applicant experience. Administrators can easily select and order background checks, including educational, employment history and criminal records. Monitor the status of each report and receive notifications when the results are returned. The resulting report is electronically filed in the applicant’s online profile for easy viewing and retrieval.
