CHURCH$HISTORY$Shiloh!Restoration! Tabernacle,! Inc.!was!established! on!April!

16th,!2006!through!the!vision!given!to!Pastor!O'Neil!Salmon.!

Taking!his! family! from! the! traditional!organizational! setting,!

with! the! leading! of! the! Lord,! he! sought! to! launch! this!

independent!and!nonSdenominational!ministry.!!

!

Phase!One!of!this!ministry!opened!up!in!Apollo!Beach,!Florida!

at! in! a! 1,000! sq.! ft.! office! space.! The!ministry! grew! quickly!

over! the! next! few!months,! and! a! two! year! agreement!was!

terminated!after!the!1st!year,!due!to!quick!growth!and!what!

would!be!a!fire!hazard,!due!to!the!number!of!people!in!such!

a!small!space.!

!

After!divine!release!from!the!Lord,!the!ministry!relocated!to!

Brandon,!FL.!This!3,600!sq.!ft.!building!accommodated!Phase!

Two!of! their! current!ministry! goals.!Within! this! facility! they!

have! sought! to! officially! establish! Restoration! Community!

Food!Pantry,!A!Community!Resource!Center!and!a!House!of!

Worship! for! all! to! attend.! It! was! a! "faith! step"! away! from!

what!they!were!accustomed!to.!However,!the!current!growth!

and! progress! towards! fulfillment! of! it's! vision! had! Pastor!O!

and! it's!Ministry! Leaders! looking!out! into! the!deep,! for! that!

next!"step!of!faith"!in!the!Lord.!

!

Upon!directive! from! the! Lord,! the!ministry! relocated! to! it's!

present! location! in! a! 5,400! sq.! ft.! building! accommodating!

Phase! Three! of! their! current! ministry! goals.! We! are! very!

thankful! for! all! those! that! have! partnered! in! some! way! to!

supporting!this!ministry!and!we!pray!for!God's!blessings!upon!

“Don’t' Be' Stuck' On' Stupid' &' Paused' On' Dumb”! are! the! famous! words! often! uttered! by! this! sometimes!

charismatic! and! yet! humble!Man! of! God.! Apostle! O’Neil! Salmon! aka! “Apostle! O”! has! been! energized! and!

established!on!a!mission!to!empower!the!Body!of!Christ!through!the!Word!of!God!in!a!practical!and!relevant!

way.!Mixed!with!humor!and!sometimesGsarcastic!gestures,!the!saving!gospel!of!Jesus!Christ!emerges!from!the!

background!of!the!traditional!church!to!the!forefront!of!today’s!Kingdom!Minded!Individuals.!His!messages!are!

often! directed! towards! leadership,! but! finds! it’s! way! into! the! heart! of! every! believer.! “If! it’s! going! to! be!

relevant,! it’s!got!to!be!real”!Apostle!O!states,!as!he!aims!to!ensure!that!his!life!is! lived!and!preached!from!a!

place!of!transparency!with!God!and!before!man.!!

Born! to!parents!Emerson!&!Constance!Salmon! in!March!1978!on! the! Island!of! Jamaica,!Apostle!O!grew!up!

knowing! the! responsibilities!of! life!early! as!being! the! first!born! child! growing!up! in!difficult! times.!He! is!no!

stranger!to!poverty!and!despair,!but!grew!in!the!faith!and!the!Word!of!God,!which!were!instilled!in!his!early!

beginnings! and! became! his! foundation.! He! entertained! ministry! service! at! the! age! of! 12! years! old,! in! his!

former! church! in! Brooklyn,! New! York.! Later,! he! migrated! to! Tampa,! Florida,! where! his! development! as! a!

minister! started.! This!place!would! serve! to!be!his!place!of!preparation! for! fullGtime!ministry! and!a!defining!

moment!in!his!life.!!

In!October!1999,!Apostle!O!married!his!beautiful!wife!and!best!friend!Pastor!Georgia!Salmon,!who!shares!in!

his! life,!the!stage!and!the!responsibilities!of!a!growing!ministry.!Together!they!are!raising!2!wonderful!sons,!

Joshua!&!Timothy.!“Ministry!begins!at!home”!are!words!you!are! likely!to!hear,!when!speaking!to!Apostle!O!

about! the! essentials! of! family.! He!makes! no! hesitation! about! his! conviction! that! it’s! God! 1st,! his! wife! 2

children!3rd!and!all!others!4

th,!etc.!“Why?”!he!states…!because!I!received!them!in!that!order.!

Today,! Apostle! O! is! leading! a! thriving!ministry! in! the! Tampa! Bay! Area! at! Shiloh! Restoration! Tabernacle,! a!

house! of! restoration! and! empowerment! established! in! April! 2006.! His! growing! influence! and! leadership!

capability! has! afforded! him! opportunities! to! preach! on! varying! platforms.! He! is! the! Founder! of! Christian!

Ministry! Partnership,!which! provides! spiritual! covering,!mentoring! and!ministry! development! to! traditional!

and! untraditional! ministries! alike,! which! serve,! for! Kingdom! Establishment.! He! has! spiritual! sons! and!

daughters!established! locally,!nationally!and! internationally.!He!currently!mentors!established!works! in!New!

Delhi,!India!&!in!Sierra!Leone!&!Kenya,!West!Africa.!!

While!Apostle!O!is!developing!senior!leaders!towards!living!a!life!of!integrity!and!success,!he!remains!a!student!

himself.!He! is!currently!enrolled!at!Liberty!University!pursuing!a!degree! in!Liberal!Arts!&!Religion.!He! is! the!

Dean!of!Schools!at!Global!Kingdom!Training!Institute,!a!ministry!school!for!those!called!to!ministry.!This!school!

provides! practical! tools! and! the! knowledge! to! walking! affirmed! in! your! calling.! He! is! currently! working! to!

become! a! published! author,! releasing! that! which! the! Lord! has! given! him,! for! the! benefit! of! the! world,!

empowerment!of!the!Body!of!Christ!and!to!bring!further!Glory!to!His!God.!!

In! closing! and! presentation,! Apostle! O! requires! only! that! the! Body! of! Christ! remains! humble!&! teachable.!

Thus,!he!remains!committed!to!the!call!of!fathering!(Malachi!4:6),!hoping!to!eradicate!the!curse!that!comes!

through!ignorance!(Hosea!4:6).!He!is!a!man!humbled!by!love!and!appreciative!for!all!that!he!has!obtained.!Yet,!

he!continues!like!Paul!the!Apostle!in!these!finally!words…!
