Air• Steady trade winds become an important source of energy in Hawaii as

evidence wind farms appearing through-out of the state. • Hawaii air is the cleanest air in the earth as it arrives in the form of trade

winds.• Such clean air is invaluable to scientists who study the upper

atmosphere.• Massive scientists installations have been built on the big island Mauna
