11 - New Se rv ice Extensions, Permanent

(1) Any new s e r v i c e or permanent ex tens ions f o r s i n g l e ph c u r r e n t under 1,000 f e e t i n length w i l l be cons t ruc t ed with no t o the member f o r cons t ruc t ion , however, it w i l l be necessary fo r t h e owner of t he p rope r ty being se rv iced t o s i g n a c o n t r a c t fo r o n e year guaranteeing t h e minimum payment of $1.00 p e r month concurrent ly . Right of way easements must be provided i f n o t on f i l e i n the co- o p e r a t i v e o f f i c e on a l l property the l i n e c ros ses .

(2) Any new s e r v i c e over 1,000 f e e t i n length w i l l be cons t ruc t ed i n accordance with the above paragraph except t he c o n t r a c t s h a l l be for f i v e years and the amount of t he monthly b i l l w i l l be determined by t h e l eng th of t he extension based on $12.00 p e r month p e r m i l e .
