Keep on communicating with your clients ● Use MAXSMS to keep in contact with your clients ● Use batch SMSs to let your clients know that they can phone you for a loan or they can

reply on your SMS

CRM SMS Step by step 1. Mycomax enables the MAXSMS module. Not enabled, contact us! 2. Do the setup for your users

a. Go to Setups -> Security -> Users -> Edit User b. Cell Phone Number: Make sure the user has a cell phone number c. Physical Address Country: Make sure the country has been selected

3. Enable the SMSs that you want to use on the Setup a. Go to Setups -> MAXSMS -> General b. Select all the types of SMSs that you want to use e.g. CRM SMS

4. Setup your standard SMS messages a. Go to Setups -> MAXSMS -> Messages b. Type your messages, but stay clear of special characters c. Count the characters in your message, including the spaces. Remember if

you use more than 160 characters you will use multiple SMS credits for each message you sent.

5. Send out your SMS

a. Go to Processing -> MAXSMS -> Send SMS to CRM

b. Select the Client Statuses

c. The SMS will be sent to the clients with the selected status(es).

6. Check for replies on your SMSs

a. Go to Reporting - MAXSMS - MAXSMS Reply Detail Report

How do you know if your clients need a loan?

● Originate leads from your current website directly into MAXMONEY with MAXTRIGGER ● Contact us for more information on how to do this

How will the loan application process work?

Check what your client can afford (Affordability)

● Do a Compuscan credit check using the MAXMONEY integration ● Do an affordability ● Contact us for more information on the Compuscan integration

Compuscan credit check: Step by step 1. Mycomax enables the Compuscan module. Not enabled, contact us! 2. Add the resource to your users

a. Go to Setups - Security - Users - Edit User b. Select the Compuscan Role

3. Enter your Compuscan user, branch and password on the setup a. Go to Setups - MAXCONSUMER - Compuscan - Compuscan Setup and complete the

setup information b. Go to Setups -> MaxConsumer -> Compuscan -> Compuscan v2 Defaults and

complete the setup information 4. Do a client enquiry on existing clients

a. Go to Client Administration - Search for a Client b. On Edit Client, make sure the Initials, full name, surname, ID type and ID number is

completed c. Click on the Compuscan v2 Enquiry d. Only mark the services “Yes” if it has been activated by Compuscan for the branch e. Client Consent: YES - the user may not do the enquiry unless the client gave his

consent. 5. Do a non-client enquiry on new leads

a. Go to Non-Client - Compuscan Enquiry - Do a New Enquiry v2

b. Remember to let the borrower sign the consent form

Affordability Step by Step 1. Do a Compuscan Enquiry and take careful note of the information in the report 2. Get proof of income for the last 3 months

a. The borrower can email or WhatsApp the copies to you b. Save the copies on your PC c. Upload the copies to MAXMONEY

i. Go to Client Administration - Search for a Client - Edit Client - Documents ii. Click on Upload Payslip, select the file that you saved on your PC and click on

Finish. 3. Complete the Budget

a. Go to Client Administration - Search for a Client - Edit Client b. On the Finance tab complete the gross and net salary information and select the

Use Budget check box. c. On the Budget tab add a new entry and then go to the detail d. Complete the statutory deductions as per the salary slip e. Complete the loan repayments

4. Check how much is available for an instalment

a. Go to Setups - Security - Users - Edit User b. Add the MaxCollect role to the user

3. Enter your integration user, branch and password on the setup a. Go to Setups - MaxCollect - CSP User and complete the integration information b. Go to Setups - MaxCollect - CSPs and complete the integration information

4. Add the Wallet on the client a. Go to Client Administration - Search for a Client - Edit Client b. On the banking tab make sure you choose either a payback bank account or a

Wallet. You cannot set up both at the same time.

5. Add the pay-out event to your user’s cash box a. Go to Setups - Branch - Cash Box - Edit Cash Box b. On the Events tab, select the applicable pay-out events

6. Create the loan

a. On the summary screen, select the integrated pay-out event before you click on Finish

Use a debit order system to collect the repayments

● Use NAEDO or DebiCheck to collect repayments electronically (RSA) ● Use EnDO or Debit Orders to collect repayments electronically (Namibia) ● Use Debit Orders to collect repayments electronically (Botswana) ● Contact Intecon Allps and SureSystems for more information (RSA) ● Contact Real Pay for more information (RSA, Namibia and Botswana)

Email the loan agreement

Email statements to your clients ● You can email the statement of accounts to your clients

Email statements Step by step 1. Do the setup for email

a) Go to Setups - Clients - General

2. Enter the email addresses on your client a. Go to Client Administration - Search for a Client - Edit Client - Address

3. The statements will automatically be generated and emailed to the clients who have valid email addresses.

Use email to send a letter to your client ● You can setup standard letters and email them to your clients with email addresses

Use SMSs to follow up on payments ● Several automated and useful SMS batches can be setup with MAXSMS

a. Go to Setups - Security - Users - Edit User b. Select the MAXSMS role

3. Enable the SMSs that you want to use on the Setup a. Go to Setups - MAXSMS - General b. Select the checkboxes of the SMS types you want to use

4. Setup your standard SMS messages a. Go to Setups - MAXSMS - Messages

5. Auto-SMS batches are sent every morning by the system 6. Check that you have enough SMS credits to send your messages
