Keep on communicating with your clients ● Use MAXSMS to keep in contact with your clients ● Use batch SMSs to let your clients know that they can phone you for a loan or they can
reply on your SMS
CRM SMS Step by step 1. Mycomax enables the MAXSMS module. Not enabled, contact us! 2. Do the setup for your users
a. Go to Setups -> Security -> Users -> Edit User b. Cell Phone Number: Make sure the user has a cell phone number c. Physical Address Country: Make sure the country has been selected
3. Enable the SMSs that you want to use on the Setup a. Go to Setups -> MAXSMS -> General b. Select all the types of SMSs that you want to use e.g. CRM SMS
4. Setup your standard SMS messages a. Go to Setups -> MAXSMS -> Messages b. Type your messages, but stay clear of special characters c. Count the characters in your message, including the spaces. Remember if
you use more than 160 characters you will use multiple SMS credits for each message you sent.
5. Send out your SMS
a. Go to Processing -> MAXSMS -> Send SMS to CRM
b. Select the Client Statuses
c. The SMS will be sent to the clients with the selected status(es).
6. Check for replies on your SMSs
a. Go to Reporting - MAXSMS - MAXSMS Reply Detail Report

How will the loan application process work?
Check what your client can afford (Affordability)
● Do a Compuscan credit check using the MAXMONEY integration ● Do an affordability ● Contact us for more information on the Compuscan integration
Compuscan credit check: Step by step 1. Mycomax enables the Compuscan module. Not enabled, contact us! 2. Add the resource to your users
a. Go to Setups - Security - Users - Edit User b. Select the Compuscan Role
3. Enter your Compuscan user, branch and password on the setup a. Go to Setups - MAXCONSUMER - Compuscan - Compuscan Setup and complete the
setup information b. Go to Setups -> MaxConsumer -> Compuscan -> Compuscan v2 Defaults and
complete the setup information 4. Do a client enquiry on existing clients
a. Go to Client Administration - Search for a Client b. On Edit Client, make sure the Initials, full name, surname, ID type and ID number is
completed c. Click on the Compuscan v2 Enquiry d. Only mark the services “Yes” if it has been activated by Compuscan for the branch e. Client Consent: YES - the user may not do the enquiry unless the client gave his
consent. 5. Do a non-client enquiry on new leads

a. Go to Non-Client - Compuscan Enquiry - Do a New Enquiry v2
b. Remember to let the borrower sign the consent form
Affordability Step by Step 1. Do a Compuscan Enquiry and take careful note of the information in the report 2. Get proof of income for the last 3 months
a. The borrower can email or WhatsApp the copies to you b. Save the copies on your PC c. Upload the copies to MAXMONEY
