Let’s start to create AutoResponder

Lets start by clicking on your browser GetResponse.com

It will take you in this Window

Enter your Email Address

Your Password

Click Sign up to Start

A pop up monster will appear

Open your account that you use to sign - up

You will receive a message from GetResponse

Open it, click Blue bar to Activate your account

Complete Account Details

Then Click Bar Below when your Done

This is the Dashboard of GetResponse

Now let’s Start by Making a Campaign

A Campaign basically is a list.

Campaign is a folder that contains prospect

Click on the top corner “Your current Campaign”

Click “Create Campaign”

It will bring you to this page

Enter the Name of your Campaign

Click the bar Bottom to proceed

It will bring you to this page

Next, Click the “Campaign Setting”

Your able to Edit your Campaign Name

Set the Language you want to use

In notification, it notify you every time someone subscribe

You can Turn on / Turn off Notifications

Turn on postal, its required for US CAN Scam law

Next, Click Permission on the left side

The first setting is Enable Confirm Opt-in

If you Check the box…

The new subscribers will receive confirmation by

selected method

If you Don’t check…

The new subscriber will directly added to your list

Automatically your Settings updated

Now, let’s Create AutoResponder

On the top, click Messages

Then, Click “Create AutoResponder”

After you Click, you will see lot of Options

For Example: Timed Based

It Set-up your Email in Specific Time

Clicked Autoresponder

Follow-up Email will receive by Clicking a Link in Previous Email

There is more, like Birthday

The list Campaign will receive on there Birthdate

Now, lets try to use Time - based

Below you will see “on the day 0”

For Example: Day 2

2 days after they opt-in on your squeeze page they will receive follow up email

if Day O:

Automatically they will receive follow up email, as soon they opt-in on your squeeze page

Your able to set the Send Message

You can set “with delay of”

And you need to set the hour/s delay

Or you can set “no earlier than”

You need to set the time

You can set “Immediately”

Below you can set the day as well

If you check all the boxes

They are able to receive your message everyday

For Example: Thursday without Check

They will not receive your Follow – up Email

Even the same day they opt-in on your squeeze page

Below, Create your Email by Clicking it

It will bring you to this Page

Enter your Message Name

You prospect will not see your “Message Name”

This is for your reference only

Message name is to differentiate your email from each other

Then, Enter your Subject of your Email

Then, Click Next Step

It will bring to this page

Here you can choose your Templates

On the left side, click “Start from Scratch”

You will see all the Blank Templates

Example: Let’s use Blank Template by Clicking it

On the right side

It has a mobile Preview

In the middle you can choose a Text blocks

Just double Click the chosen Block

Click to Edit the Message

Below you will see the editors of message

You can change the text style

You can adjust the text size

You can changed the Colour

You can Bold and Italic

Your can insert Hyperlink, by highlight the word

Then, click below insert link

Insert your link and Click Ok

Insert your images, by Double click on it

Selection of Images will appear

On the right side, the preview on mobile

Once you finish, check the Spam Score

The higher score your Spam score..

The higher possibility wont reach your prospect

Click on the Top“Text Message”

Click “Spam Score”

As you see, it has 4 points

High light your message and Copy

Click below, Plain text below

Paste your text then Close

Then click Spam Score to check your Spam

Now, Click on the right side below for Next step

Here you will see your Message

Then Click below “Save and Publish” below

Now you set your message in Day 0

It means, the time they squeeze your page

They will see your message immediately

This message you can drag if you want

If you want them to receive on following day after they squeeze on your page

Click Day 1

Then, just do the same procedure
