bearer of this certificate may request

a region in which they are interested.

However, Our Vacation Centre does

not guarantee availability of a Two for

One sailing for any specific request. If a

Two for One cruise is not available in a

region requested by the redeemer, then

Two for One sail dates available are not

3. This certificate is valid for one (1)

passenger fare only (exclusive of port

responsible for an additional AUD$25

per person non-refundable booking

TASTE OF ITALY - FETTuccInE cArbOnArA2 T olive oil2T butter1 onion, finely sliced1 clove garlic, crushed8 rashers bacon, sliced finely4 medium mushrooms, sliced100mL creamParmesan, shaved1 egg yolk (optional)½ tsp paprikaFreshly ground salt and black pepperFresh egg pasta - fettuccine or spaghetti works well with this lovely creamy sauce

Bring salted water to a rapid boil in a large saucepan and then add pasta and cook as directed (fresh usually 5-7 minutes, dried 10-12 minutes).Heat oil in frypan and add onions. Cook for 2 minutes then add garlic and bacon. Cook for 3-4 minutes, before adding butter, mushrooms and paprika. Saute until cooked through.Grind in salt and pepper to taste and then add the cream. Heat through for 1-2 minutes, but do not boil. Gently and quickly stir through until the strands of pasta are coated. Add an optional egg yolk at this stage - the egg yolk will create a glossy finish and enrich the delicious creamy sauce.Serve sprinkled with parmesan shavings and a fresh green salad.This pasta is simply heaven!
