This session is the first talk in a comprehensive two-part series on termite management. In Part One, industry expert Neil McNeill covers critical termite biology and behavior information every PMP must know to successfully control termites.

Rodents damage goods, contaminate foods, and spread disease. Managing these dangerous pests is critical, but can be challenging because infestations often occur in sensitive areas such as homes and restaurants. This fast-paced session reviews rodent biology, identification and proper use of rodenticides to manage infestations in a range of control settings.

This year IPCA will be hosting a silent auction to raise money and awareness for the Toys-for-Tots charity. Vendors will be donating items that attendees will be able to bid Wednesday during the breakfast, morning break and lunch. Please make sure to check out the exciting donated prizes and stop by vendor booths to put in your bid. All prizes will be awarded after lunch on Tuesday, February 27. IPCA will be accepting cash, credit cards and check payments for prizes won!
