Report from Mrs. White ● Accreditation Report ○ Geing self study done ○ We need help to spread the word on the parent survey ○ WASC meetings are open for everyone to aend ○ WASC visit will be late February 2020 ○ PFA input meeting on 12/19 at 7:45am at Duffy East ● Church Building Report ○ Pipes for school need to be updated because they are not to code ○ Church and School working together ○ 1 month behind schedule, hoping to be done by August ○ 1st Communion will by at St. Simon and Jude ○ Graduation will be at St. Vincent de Paul Permanent Meeting Items ● Condolences/ Congratulations ○ Condolences sent to the Ju for the death of their grandmother ● Financial Report ○ $49 made at Sweet Treat for November ○ Ralphs: $403 ○ Trunk or Treat: $310 ○ Chic Fila: $439 Big Three ● Annual Giving ○ $3500 made on Giving Tuesday ● Auction Gala Report by Karrie Rea ○ 260 families participated in the Class Donation Contest

● Spirit○ Spirit Store closes today at 11pm○ Will open again for Spring Sports○ Make a blanket shirt○ Still working on Logo○ Mascot idea of a St. Bernard dog
● Sports○ Planning a Mater Dei Basketball Night with all Teams○ Mater Dei vs Servite on Jan. 11○ uniforms are done○ Have a quarterly report in the church bulletin
