•FOR THROUGHPUT , FIND CINR ABOVE 25dB, RSSI ABOVE -50dBm WITHIN THE LINE OF SIGHT(LOS), AVOID PEAKS HOUR, CHECK CREDIT OF EQUIPMENTS.

•FOR VOIP, CHECK CREDIT OF MEAN ORIGINATING CALL (MOC), RESTART THE VOIP IF NECESSARY, AVOID USING CPE/GCT AND VOIP WITH THE SAME ID SIMUTANEOUSLY ON THE SAME LAPTOP, AVOID TESTING VOIP SIMUTANEOUSLY WITH SAME ID BY TWO OR MORE TEAMS.

•FOR HANDOVER, A ‘FORCE’ MUST BE APPLIED TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL HANDOVER.

•ON THE LAST OPTION, WILL BE TEAM VIEWER WHERE ENGINEERS HELPS US ON TROUBLESHOOTING
