Online Mode : Students should register from the same user Id / Password as allocated to them for the previous Enrollment or add their Enrollment Number to their Online Account. Please go through the Terms & Conditions (note 10-13 on page no. 28-29 of FTRE 2017 Brochure). #For Students who had registered for any FIITJEE Test in the past : Paper Application Mode : Students have to submit the photocopy of their hall ticket / admit Card of previous FIITJEE Test along with the Registration Fee. Online Mode : Students should register from the same user Id / Password as allocated to them for the previous test or add their previous Registration Number to their Online Account using Registration Number & Web Access code of the previous test (Whichever is applicable).

Fill in your complete details in the Paper Application Form and submit it in person at the nearest FIITJEE Centre along with the prescribed

test fee in cash & two passport size photographs and a copy of Student's Aadhaar Card. Your hall ticket will be issued to you in person. You

can also post / courier your Paper Application form along with a DD/Pay Order with two passport size photographs and a copy of Student's

Aadhaar Card to the nearest FIITJEE Centre and in this case, your Hall ticket will be e-mailed to you.

If you have Master / Visa (Credit / Debit) card registered for online transactions with the issuing bank, log on to www.fiitjeelogin.com and

file your application online using this option.

e-Application Mode :

For Registration through e-Application mode, Log on to our Online Registration Portal www.fiitjeelogin.com and create an account for

yourself using your e-mail ID as user name and set your preferred password. Take a print of your Online Application (e-Application) and

submit it in person (through Cash) / send by post or courier to your nearest FIITJEE Centre along with Test Fee (to be paid through Demand

Draft / Pay Order).

Visit www.paytm.com/education and select institute as FIITJEE and opt for new Registration. Provide your details and pay the test fee via

your paytm wallet. You will receive a URL through SMS and email to download your hall ticket. (Only for Students registering for a FIITJEE

Test for the first Time)

Paper (3 hours) Objective Type Questions to gauge current level of preparedness & Goal oriented Analytical Skills

(Aptitude Test, Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Mathematics) : 9:00 am - 12:30 pm

Fee Waiver shall be given on the basis of Total Score of Paper. To avail Fee Waiver, Students will have to qualify the minimum cut-off in each subject.

For Students presently in Class VII, VIII & IX

Paper 1 (3 hours) Objective Type Questions to gauge current level of preparedness

(Aptitude Test, Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Mathematics) : 9:00 am - 12:30 pm

You can view the scanned image of your OMR answer sheet, Answer Key and Marks awarded for each question online on our website

www.fiitjeelogin.com. In case of a discrepancy, you also have an option to challenge the answer key by paying a fee of Rs. 500/- for each challenge. In

case your challenge is found correct, fee charged will be refunded. Please read the terms & conditions on the challenge portal carefully before

challenging a question. The challenge portal will be live as per the following schedule :

Note 1 : Students of Class VII, VIII, IX, X & XI must appear in both Papers (Paper 1 & Paper 2) to become eligible for Cash Scholarships / Program Fee Waivers /

Hostel Fee waivers (if applicable). Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers (if applicable) will be decided on the

basis of combined performance in Paper 1 & Paper 2. To avail Scholarship, Student must also score above the minimum cut-off marks in each subject

(subject total of both papers). A Student has to appear in both papers in order to be considered for selection.

In case of Class V & VI, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs will be decided on the basis of performance in the Paper and will be subject to scoring above

the minimum cut-off marks in each subject of the Paper.

Note 2 : FTRE Rank will be based on the Total Marks. If the Total marks scored by two or more Students are same, then higher Rank will be assigned to the

Student who has obtained higher marks in Mathematics. If marks obtained in Mathematics are same, higher Rank will be assigned to the Student who

has obtained higher marks in Physics. If marks obtained in all subjects are same, then the same rank will be assigned to all the Students.

How will Cash Scholarship be calculated if more than one Student secure the same Rank ?

If Rank 1 has been awarded to two Students, then the total scholarship amount of Rank 1 & Rank 2 will be equally divided between both the Students.

What will be the next best Rank, if more than one Student secure the same Rank ?

If Rank 1 has been awarded to two Students, then the next best Rank will be determined as Rank 3.

Note 3 : The final discretion of awarding the Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE programs & Hostel Fee Waivers in each case will remain with FIITJEE

management and this decision will be final and binding on the candidate.

Note 4 : To get the Cash Scholarship (not applicable for Students presently in Class V, VI & VII), Fee Waivers & other benefits related to FTRE - 2017, one has to

enroll in any one of these FIITJEE programs from 21st January to 23rd February, 2018 :

Note 5 : For Class VIII (going to IX in 2018) Students joining Four Year Program, 30% of Total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments and

disbursed in Class IX & X from April 2018 to May 2020 and rest 70% of Total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments and

disbursed in Class XI & XII from June 2020 to May 2022.

For Class X (going to XI in 2018) Students joining Two Year Program, total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments and disbursed

from April 2018 to May 2020.

For Class XI (going to XII in 2018) Students joining One Year Classroom Program, total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments

and disbursed from April 2018 to May 2019.

Note 6 : Minimum attendance of 90% and relative good performance in Phase Tests during the course will be a criterion to be eligible for the continuity of

disbursement of quarterly Cash Scholarship. The final discretion in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this decision will be final an d binding on the

candidate..

Note 7 : Cash Scholarships will be paid to Students through a crossed cheque and shall be in favour of the Student only.

Note 8 : Fee Waivers for FIITJEE programs & Hostel Fee Waivers are valid for the above-mentioned select programs as mentioned in Note 4.

Note 9 : Hostel fee concessions (if any) are valid only for FIITJEE’s associate hostels / lodging & boarding facilities (wherever available & for male Students only)

made available through FIITJEE, subject to the Student joining that particular hostel and availability of seats. The concession will be given monthly

between April, 2018 to May, 2022 for joining Four Year Classroom / Integrated School Program for JEE Advanced, 2022 OR between April, 2018 to

May, 2021 for joining Three Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2021 OR between April, 2018 to May, 2020 for joining Two Year Integrated

School / Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2020 OR between April, 2018 to May, 2019 for joining One Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced,

2019 and only for the duration of Integrated School / Classroom program. The Hostel Fee concessions (if any) are valid for the above mentioned

programs only. The hostel fee concessions (if any) will be paid directly to the hostel owner by FIITJEE. Hostel fee concessions (if any) is for

accommodation only. Food, transportation & other self expenses are to be borne by the Students. To avail this concession, Students must have

Optimum Performance in Phase Tests & National Level Tests and a minimum of 90% monthly attendance in their respective Classes at FIITJEE. Hostel

facility is available at select FIITJEE Centres only.

Note 10 : FIITJEE Students already enrolled in Classroom / Integrated School Program can appear in FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam to find out their current level of

preparation and their projected Rank in JEE Main & Advanced / Other Competitive Entrance Examinations. We are already committed to these

Students in giving our complete support at any point of their preparation. FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam is only for giving the feedback to their

preparation and no Scholarships / Fee Waivers will be awarded to such Students. However, FIITJEE Students will be entitled for rewards as per their

actual performance in JEE Advanced, JEE Main, Olympiads, KVPY, XII Board, NTSE & Jr. Olympiad.

Note 11 : Students presently in Class X & enrolled (with an exit option after Class X) at FIITJEE in Four Year / Three Year Classroom Program can join (if selected)

PINNACLE - Two Year Integrated School Program / Two Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2020 through this test. However, they will not be

entitled for any cash scholarships & fee waivers offered through this test.

Note 12 : Students presently in Class VIII and enrolled at FIITJEE in UDAYA - School / Classroom Programs can register as a FIITJEE Student and they are entitled

to the benefits of FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam on selection & joining any one of these programs (a) SUPREME - Four Year Integrated School Program

for JEE Advanced, 2022 ; (b) Four Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2022.

Note 13 : Students presently in Class VI and enrolled at FIITJEE in Little Genie - One Year Foundation Program can register as a FIITJEE Student and they are

entitled for benefits of FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam on selection & joining any one of these programs (a) UDAYA - Two Year Classroom Program ; (b)

UDAYA Plus -Two Year Integrated School Program.

Note 14 : FIITJEE Rankers Study Material (RSM), All India Test Series (AITS) & Jr. Rankers Study Material (JRSM) Students joining a FIITJEE Classroom / Integrated

School Program will be entitled for Fee waivers offered through this Exam. The course fee already paid for the current Program will not be adjusted or

refunded.

Note 15 : Any Student studying at FIITJEE can avail only one scholarship (including Cash Scholarships awarded through FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam etc.) during

his / her entire academic session of the program he / she joins at FIITJEE. Once a Student enrolls in a FIITJEE Program through FIITJEE Talent Reward

Exam / Admission Test etc. and he / she reappears in any future FIITJEE’s Test then he / she will not be eligible to claim any Scholarship through the

latter Test. However, Scholarship based on Scholastic Achievement in KVPY / Olympiads / NTSE / JSTSE / MTSE / SSTSE / X Board / XII Board will remain

applicable, but the Student can only claim the Scholarship higher amongst the two - i.e. either the Scholarship based on FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam /

Admission Test etc. or the Scholarship based on Scholastic Achievement (already availed scholarship amount will be deducted from the same).

Note 16 (a): The registered office of FIITJEE is at New Delhi. All disputes and differences of any nature whatsoever shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator

appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and

Conciliation Act 1996 and Statutory modification thereof and rules made thereunder. The award of the Arbitrator shall be final & binding. It is further

agreed that in spite of the fact that the Sole Arbitrator may be known to any of the Directors or shareholders or may have been appointed as an

arbitrator earlier by the company shall not disqualify him. Even if the Arbitrator may have expressed an opinion in a similar matter earlier shall also not

render him disqualified. The seat of the Arbitration will be New Delhi / Delhi.

Note 16 (b): Subject to Note 16 (a) hereinabove, the exclusive Jurisdiction in the matter shall vest in New Delhi / Delhi Courts only.

General Terms & Conditions

Note 1 : If a Student appears in FIITJEE admission test (including FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam ) for the second time, Scholarship if awarded, in the latter test will

be scaled down by one slab so that he / she does not have any undue advantage over a fresh Student appearing for the first time.
