Public videos can be accessed, viewed, and watched by anyone with a working internet connection, even those without a VTube+ Membership.Private videos can only be viewed and watched by a visitor who has logged in to VTube+ with any of these subscribed VTube+ Memberships: BASIC, LITE, or PRO).

How do I subscribe to a VTube+ Membership?

Log in with your VTube+ account.Visit VShoppe at www.the-v.net/vshoppe and select the Membership category.Select the VTube+ Membership of your choice and read through all information properly before purchasing. How do I create a VTube+ channel?

Log in with your VTube+ account.On the VTube+ home page, click Create Channel.Fill in all required fields. And then hit Save!

You can connect with your fellow VTube+ users by creating your own channel. Remember: you can only create one (1) channel per account!Watch this video to learn more!

How do I edit a video channel on VTube+?

Log in with your VTube+ account and click My Dashboard on the upper right corner of the website.On My Dashboard, head to the third gridbox Manage Channels to click My Channel.

There you can edit the following details for your video channel: title, description, channel avatar, publish

settings (Public or Private), and option to allow or disable comments.Please note that special characters are not allowed for titles, and avatars deemed offensive, hateful, or derogatory in any way are subject to administrative action.

How do I upload videos on VTube+?

Log in with your VTube+ account.Make sure you have already created a channel. (See previous slide to learn more!)On the VTube+ homepage, click Upload Video found at the top left corner of your screen. Complete all necessary information on your video, and then hit Save. Do not leave the page until the video is finished uploading!

Wait for the VTube+ administrator to validate and approve your video within 24 hours. (If you don’t see any updates, please feel free to ask for support via LiveChat!)Please note that video content deemed offensive, hateful, or derogatory in any way is subject to administrative action.

Once your video appears on your channel and the Recently Added section on the VTube+ homepage, spread the good news to your friends!

How do I edit or delete a video on VTube+?

Log in with your VTube+ account and click My Dashboard on the upper right corner of the website.On My Dashboard, head to the third gridbox Manage Channels to click Video Settings.Type the name of the video you want to edit.

Once the video has been selected, you can edit the following details for your video channel: title, description, tags, level, category, target market, publish settings (Public or Private), option to allow/disable comments, approve comments, and option to share the video.To delete the video, just click Delete This Video below. You cannot reverse this decision, so click wisely!

How do I search for videos on VTube+?

On the top right section of VTube+ and below your account name, type the name of the video or personality you are looking for. You can also browse through multiple search results by typing in certain keywords or phrases!

Search results are organised by News, Video, Events, Products, Blog, Channel, Gallery, and Page. To view the video search results, please click the Video option.

What are subtitles on VTube+?

Because our online video community on VTube+ is filled with networkers from all corners of the world and all walks of life, many of our Public and Private videos come with subtitles of various languages!

Our subtitles include: Arabic, Bahasa-Indo, French, Russian, and Turkish!

How do I change video subtitles?

Select a video that comes with subtitles. Subtitle information is found below the video description.Move your mouse pointer towards the top left corner of the video and click on the Captions section to select the subtitle of choice.Sit back and enjoy the accompanying subtitles as you watch the video!
