Step 2: In “Server Roles” Select “Remote Desktop Services” and click “Next”
Step 3: Select “Remote Desktop Session Host”, then Click Next.
Note: If you do not have a Remote Desktop License Server in your existing corporate enterprise, you will need to additionally install the Remote Desktop Licesning Role Service. This will allow you to install Microsoft Remote Desktop Services CALs (Client Access Licenses) to the machine. Step 4: In the “Authentication Method”, select “Do not require Network Level Authentication”. This will allow the InTouch Access Anywhere service to be able to connect to the Remote Desktop Session Host.

Step 5: Accept all other defaults, then click “Install” to add the role. This install will require a reboot.

Step 6: After Rebooting, open Server Manager. Go to Roles->Remote Desktop Services->Remote App Manager. Click On “RD Session Host Server Settings. If you want to ensure limited access to the terminal server for only WindowViewer or other remote Apps, Select “Do not allow users to start unlisted programs on initial connection (Recommended)”.

Step 7: Click “OK, then in the RemoteApp Programs list, right click and select “Add RemoteApp Programs”.
Step 8: This will bring up the RemoteApp Wizard. In the list of programs, browse to WindowViewer and select it. The click the “Properties” button.

Step 9: In the RemoteApp Properties, select “Allow any command-line arguments” in the Command-Line Arguments radio button box. Click OK.
At this point, the server is now configured for Remote Desktop Services, and WindowViewer has been added as a RemoteApp in order to be used by the InTouch Access Anywhere service. At this time, any users that will be used for Access Anywhere should be added to both the Remote Desktop Users role and, at a minimum, the Power Users role, in order for the user to be able to run WindowViewer. The server is now ready for the InTouch Access Anywhere installation.
