Implicitbiasisdefinedasthementalprocessthatcreatesunconsciousassociationsandattitudestowardpeopleandgroupsofpeoplebasedoncharacteristicssuchasrace,ethnicity,gender,age,appearance,andsexualorientation.

Implicit Racial Bias‣ Powerful: Negative unconscious racial attitudes can be more powerful than our explicit attitudes about race.
