The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), throuqh the General Appropriations Act for theCY 2012, intends to apply the sum of One ~1illion Two Hundrecl Sixty Thousand and 00/100 Pesos Only (Php1,260,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) For the procurement of Dedicated Internet AccessServices for TESDA Taguig Complex. Bids received in-excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bidopening.

I TESDA now invites service providers to apply for eligibi!ity and to bid for the hereunder project:

\Name of Project: Dedicated Internet Access Services for TESDA Taguig ComplexLocation: TESDA Complex, Taguig CityI Approved Budget. for the Contract: Php 1,260,000.00

Bidders should have at least two (2) cornpteted and/or on-going similCl; projects within a five (5) year period fromthe date of bid opening. The detaiied description of an eligible bidde. is contained in the Bidding Documents.particularly in Section II of the Instructions to Biclclers

Bidding will be conductecl through pub!ic biclcling using Cl non-dis cretionarv "pass/fail" criterion as pre scribec liY theRevised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RJRR) of Republic Act ~Io. 9184, otherwise known as tileI Government Procurement Reform Act.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders beginning on 05 July 2012 from theaddress written below ancl upon payment of a Ilon-refundable fee of Eight Thousand Pesos only (Php 8,000.00) forthe Bidding Documents.

TESDA will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on 13 July 2012 at 10:00 a.rn. at the OCSA Conference Room, 2nd Floor,TESDA Administration Building, Taguig City, which shall be open to all interested parties who have purchased theBidding Docurnents ,

Bids must be submitted to the BAC Secretariat, OCSA Conference Room, 2nd Floor, TESDA Administration Building,Taguig City on or before 26 July 2012 at 2:00 p.m.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in Clause18 of the Instructions to Bidders.

Sicl opening shall be nelo on 26 July 2012 at 2: 15 p.rn. at the OCSA Conference Room, 2nd Floor, TESDAAdministration BUilding, Taguig City where the bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives.Late bids shall not be accepted.
