In the initial phase of the enhancement upgrade, listeners were encouraged to rescan their home and car receivers for a more clearer and crisper Jazz 91.9. As a result, calls have come into the station from listeners within more than 10 Georgia counties that include communities like Duluth, Canton, Newnan and Conyers. Jazz 91.9 estimates a 40 % increase in listening audience because of the stronger signal. After months of extensive research into the listening preferences of metro Atlantans, Jazz 91.9 will better serve, grow and engage Atlanta communities with a more fresh delivery of Jazz programming debuting this Summer. Jazz 91.9 WCLK will offer greater Atlanta more music, culture and community engagement both on air and through online outlets.
