OBJECTIVEAt the end of this section you will be able

to: Enroll a job seeker (participant) in a specific

training course Record attendance for the job seeker

(participant) and view a summary screen for all enrolled students in a specific course and class

Assign a job seeker (participant) to a specific course type, class, and Provider

Monitor/record training attendance for job seeker (participant)Typical Usage:

To enroll program participants (WIA- Adult, Dislocated Worker, etc.) in specific training courses

Can also be used to enroll seekers in workshops as long as workshop facility is entered in SKIES as a Provider

EXAMPLE:Worker Re-Training Participant is

being enrolled in a math class at Provider TIMMAL

IN ORDER TO WORK PROPERLY…..All relevant data (Provider name,

Courses and Classes offered, Dates, Times, Number of seats, etc.) must be entered under the Provider Information section.

Input of Provider data will most likely be done by either line staff or the Providers themselves.
