Hundreds of rare loggerhead turtles know a paradise when they find one. Juno Beach is one of their favorite nesting places. Just north of that beach sits Jupiter, a relaxed beachfront town with 40,000 year-round residents who’ve chosen to nest along this

network of inlets and waterways. Life in Jupiter is easygoing and low-key, and yet there’s access to plenty of luxury amenities, whether you’re a visitor or a resident. And tying it all together are those lovely Florida Atlantic coast beaches.

JUPITER INLET VILLAGE RESTAURANT

This restaurant located immediately West of the Jupiter Inlet Bridge on the South side of the waterway has the approvals for a restoration. The facility will be realigned to face directly out on the water and there will be a new dock on the Loxahatchee River providing slips for nine transient boats. Jupiter’s 2.4 mile pedestrian/bicycle Riverwalk will connect here.

Construction is nearing completion of this new casual restaurant/bar with outdoor seating for up to 300 people. This new facility will

have 47 wet slips, boat racks, and waterfront gas pumps. The Riverwalk will have a fifteen-foot sidewalk along the water. This exciting new four-acre project will soon be completed.

JETTY’S WATERFRONT RESTAURANT

This very popular restaurant provides an upscale seafood dining experience. It has been and will continue to be a great destination offering high quality food and an excellent waterfront view of the Loxahatchee River and the Jupiter Lighthouse. Jetty’s dock is home to the Blue Heron Drift Fishing Boat.

This is an extraordinary opportunity for the Town of Jupiter to have the “Funky Fishing Village” that the mayor and her citizens have been craving for years. The entire four-acre city block is to be designed to become Jupiter’s central village. Here we pronounce it “Sunny Sands.” This well-known trailer park sits on a shell midden that was once the home of ancient Indians, the home of a local tycoon and since the 1940’s Suni Sands Motor Court with over 100 homes. This ten and a half acre property featuring 800 ft. of waterfront is considered to be one of the best development sites in Northern Palm Beach County and was recently purchased for re-development to be part of the Jupiter Inlet Village.

The new owner of this water front property is looking for a new tenant for his 1.4 acre site that has frontage on the water and on A1A and has the potential to be a marine store, marina, and a restaurant.

GUANABANA’S RESTAURANT 9

This is the PLACE that it got it all started. This water front restaurant and bar have the “Vacation Zone Vibe”. The lush landscaping and a very mellow atmosphere brings it’s patrons from as far as fifty miles away. Great food, ambiance and music make this the “Hot Spot.” This restaurant doesn’t have a kitchen and featured only eight parking spaces. They are currently in the process of building a new kitchen (previous kitchen was located across the street) an office and a public bathroom for the their patrons and for those of the Town’s water front park that is located next door. Look out they are ramping up for the season that is just around the corner.

INLET VILLAGE PARK10

This small pocket park is owned by the Town of Jupiter and is 3/4’s of an acre with 200 ft. of waterfront to be used by the public primarily as a paddleboard and kayak park. The Town has no immediate plans for permanent use. The parking for this park is on Love Street.

JUPITER RIVER INN11

The intent of this project is to provide a “village within a village concept.” The idea is to provide a central inn facility surrounded by cottages some of which will have waterfront views. The inn and the cottages will have the “Island Style” look and feel. Each waterfront cottage is to have their own boat lift and ocean access.

This project will be one of the first to offer the Island Style look to A1A. The building is on 1.5 acres of land and will be 15,000 sq. ft. 2.5 story building with six residences on the second floor above the store-fronts. There will be a restaurant site on the property that will provide for outdoor seating.

The Town of Jupiter agreed to construct a 4-story parking structure that would hold 800 vehicles. This property will replace the parking lot that is currently on Love St. A universal valet parking system is in the works that would work in conjunction with most of the area’s restaurants. This would allow for a driver to drop his car at one location and have it delivered back to him at another.

The owner of this property intends to develop this site to act as the gateway to the Jupiter Inlet Fishing Village. We expect to see Key West and Island Style buildings with retail on the ground and vacation rentals on the second floor. Expect these rental units to have their own private balconies.

Located just to the east of the Inlet Village on 18.7 acres, DuBois Park is one of Jupiter’s most popular waterfront parks. This park has it all; picnic areas, playground, snorkeling lagoon, 1,200 feet of beach frontage, 17 day use boat slips, and a non-motorized boat ramp. It is also the site of the historic DuBois Pioneer Home which sits on top of an ancient shell mound is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Conveniently located just south of Jupiter inlet, Burt Reynolds Park boat ramps are open 24/7 and only a few short idle minutes away from the inlet. There are two areas where you can drop your boat in at this park. Amenities at this park are plentiful on the east side with horseshoe pits, picnic areas with grills, shelters/pavilions, playground, restrooms, sand volleyball court and a non-motorized vessel launching beach. Burt Reynolds Park is also home to the River Center and the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce.

Located just across the Loxahatchee River to the north of the Jupiter Inlet Village sits the iconic and historic Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse. The 108-foot lighthouse was first officially lit on July 10, 1860. Today the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum offers climbing tours of the landmark 1860 Jupiter Light and exhibits in the waterfront History Museum located in the restored WWII Naval housing quarters building. Outdoor exhibits include the Lighthouse Keeper’s Workshop, Tindall Pioneer Homestead & Seminole Chickee. The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum is part of the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Outstanding Natural Area, National Landscape Conservation System.

The Maltz Jupiter Theatre is a professional not-for-profit regional theatre dedicated to the performing arts whose mission is to entertain, educate and inspire our community. It is located just to the south of the Jupiter Inlet Village at the intersection of A1A and Indiantown Rd.

JUPITER BEACHES20

The Jupiter Inlet Village is just a short distance away from Northern Palm Beach’s finest beaches. Just to the north, Coral Cove Park is home to a coral rock outcropping which provides for a stunning vista and great snorkeling. To the south visitors can travel to Carlin Park and Jupiter Beach. Carlin Park is home to Duke’s Lazy Loggerhead Cafe, the only public oceanfront restaurant for miles. Along the Jupiter coast line vistors will have to opportunity to sun bath, swim, kite surf, paddleboard, or even take out a hobie cat. Just a little further south is the Juno Beach fishing pier which stretches out close to 1,000 ft into the Atlantic Ocean.
