Dear Friends, Students, and Colleagues, This year marks our 25th anniversary in business, and it is with great joy that I am againable to offer my gratitude and appreciation to clients, students, and staff. The past25 years have been an incredibly satisfying and rewarding journey, which is in largepart due to the caliber of the people I have had the opportunity to work with. Therelationships forged over the past decades mean a tremendous amount to me andI am pleased to be able to call so many clients friends. I had the good fortune to help my first class of candidates pass their exams (with paper and pencil!) 41 years ago. Since 1991, when I founded the company, I have been asked back year after year to help clients, old and new, to train their employees. It is an honor to be called back to help those same students gain their principal registrations as they rise to the executive ranks of their firms. And perhaps most incredibly, to be called upon by those very same initial students, who now command some of the highest positions on Wall Street, to train their children, who are entering the field and need to pass their first exams. Participating in this cycle has been incredibly rewarding to me and our entire organization. It brings us great pleasure to help candidates, at whatever level they may be, to work hard, master the content, and successfully pass their respective exams. The year-round dedication and hard work of compliance and registration personnel, program coordinators, and business managers lay the foundation that allows students to succeed. These efforts are greatly appreciated by our firm – we thank you for allowing us to be partners in your training effort and giving us the opportunity to helping candidates be in their best position to pass. Over the past 25 years, our staff has grown, and it is a privilege to work with colleagues who share my passion for teaching, are dedicated, and provide our clients with excellent service. LivE cLAssROOM iNsTRUcTiON:We conduct regularly scheduled classes at our state-of-the-art NYC training facility. Knopman students have unlimited access to our Live Classes for up to one year from the time of their enrollment.

viRTUAL cLAssROOM iNsTRUcTiON:Knopman Virtual Classes offer the benefit of a Live Classroom setting without the need to leave your office or home. Virtual Classes are taught by the same instructors who teach our Live NYC-based classes. Students can ask questions, complete progress checks and take detailed notes just as if sitting in the classroom. Knopman students have unlimited access to our Virtual Classes for up to one year.

KNOPMAN iNTERNET TRAiNiNG (ThE KiT):Study on your own schedule with Knopman Internet Training. The KIT is a series of On-Demand lectures taught by the same expert instructors as our Live Classes, and includes corresponding class slides for easy note taking. Our instructors are available during the day, during the evening, and on weekends to answer questions on the phone and via e-mail. response time is typically immediate (i.e. within minutes), and always within 24 hours.

Our instructors are available to discuss personalized study strategies for each student, based on individual calendars and backgrounds.
