During the Business Review Mr.Randall & Mr. Sunil Recognized Mr. MohsenIbrahim ( KFC Sabah Salem RestaurantGeneral Manager ) and Mr. Nasr Talaat ( KFCFarwaniya Restaurant Manager ) for theirgreat results during their support visit to KFCKuwait.

    Kuwait Branch Celebrated and Honored 65 of Management Team in QSR Restaurantswho achieved the best scores in Dashboard Competition first quarter 2012.The Recognition was for:- 6 Hardee's Restaurants and 2 Area Managers.-9 KFC Restaurants and 2 Area Managers.-2 Tikka Restaurant and 1 Area Manager.-1 Wimpy Restaurant.

    It was an awesome Idea, 124 of HardeesManagement compete together to select thebest of the best in terms of OperationKnowledge, Q.A, Training Standard andManagerial Skills, then these elites attend in thefirst management team competition for 3 days

    to determine the winners.

    Hardees Fintas (Area of Mr. Abd Al- Azeem)won the first place - and thats for the secondtime - they already won Crew Competition lastMarch we consider that a domination.

    Hardees Salwa (Area of Mr. Victor Farah) camein the second place .

    Actually we consider all the participants in thatcompetition are winners, all of them showedhigh level of knowledge, self confidence,commitment and enthusiasm which lead thecompetition to come out in that great result.

    We were pleased with the attendance of Mr. Ossama Abbass to recognize the first and secondwinners and thank the participant for the commitment that they showed.

    We hope that all the participant enjoyed this competition and that it will affect operation

    positively.

    As per our Annual Planning calendarto make all Crew Trainers qualified totrain both existing & new hired,Hardees HRD Team conductedknowledge check for All Crew Trainersto measure their knowledge & keepthem updated with Hardees

    operation.The average score is 93% .

    In order to raise the qualification of

    our Crew Trainers we conducted the

    first crew trainer verification in 2012

    which is On the Job Training

    certification focusing on the Training

    steps (Preparation, show and tell,

    Guided Practice & follow up ) and

    guide the Crew Trainers to focus on

    using the 4 steps with all trainees.

    During May Mr. Osama Helal (KFCHRD Manager) conducted meetingwith all KFC Crew Trainers in threemeetings focusing on the in storetraining system, new comerstraining, recertification system and

    Crew trainer role in food safetyprocedures.
