“Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased!” Luke 2:14 (ESV)

1. What stood out to you the most from Pastor Ron‘s sermon today?

2. In what ways will you give glory and praise to God for the birth of Jesus?

3. Mary, Zechariah, and now the angels, all give glory, honor and praise to him who sits on the throne. “All creatures of our God and King, use our voices, his praise to sing.” Now, brainstorm together, how can we incorporate these principles of worship in our everyday lives?

4. If the birth of God’s Son, the Messiah, was momentous enough to be heralded by an angelic choir, how much more should we, who have the completed story of his redemption, share this story with whoever we can? Discuss and generate ideas on how we can do this in our circles of influence.

5. The angels brought a message of peace from God, how does one find peace with God? How do we convey this message of peace with God?

6. Why was it necessary for Jesus to come as a human being?
