Agenda for tonight

• The Project Overview– Where are we at now?– What can we expect in the next 6 months? – Other updates

From last Meeting

• PCL provided all sub contractors with routes to access the site – exit at Carling not Parkdale

• PCL is installing signs to remind contractors they cannot park in Ruskin lot

• Submissions to City for traffic calming measures on Melrose – they intend to make the east side of Melrose no stopping for the duration of the re-location ambulance entrance on Melrose

What has been done so far?

Assessments of houses completed Moving Hydro Duct Bank on campus New ambulance entrance – Melrose New access to 190 Melrose completedWater filtration has started Upgrades to the Power Plant Work has started on Loading Docks

New ambulance entrance – Melrose – recent changes made to slope the side walk for easy access by stretchers

And what is next?

• New Ambulance Entrance in use as of July 2• Work internal to TOH (Linen, Processing)• Schedule revisions

– Same end dates (Jan 2018 for Tower; Fall 2019 for new entrance and project completion)

– But excavation for the Tower will start October 2015.

Other Items

• Parking lot on Ruskin will be resurfaced over the summer – Plan is to close part for 4 weeks and the entire lot

for 3 weeks– Will be flag men and others available to direct

patients to other parking lots– Start date is June 22, 2015

Some things to note

• Web site for information and email address for issues

• Regular updates are being provided to the Community Association – how is this working?
