Online Worship will remain available for those who are immune compromised. Sanctuary rows will be spaced further apart. Please leave three empty chairs between each family. Tables will be temporarily removed. Hand sanitizer will be available for use. Children will remain in worship with their parents. Children will remain in their seats during Children’s Message. Nursery and Children’s Church will not be provided at this time. Kitchen will be closed until further notice, so no coffee or treats will be available at this time. Offering will not be part of worship. There will be drop boxes at 2 locations that offering may be placed in before or after worship. Online Giving or Text Giving is still available for your convenience. There will be a professional cleaning company that will sanitize the Sanctuary after worship. Small Groups can begin meeting in the Church in July 2020. After June 1st, Church Doors will remain locked, but access will be allowed during business hours of 8:30am-4:00pm via the doorbell. VBS will be offered as online only from July 13-17, 2020 Children’s Church will start back up in the fall. Kingdom Kids will start in September 2020. Sr. High Youth Groups are currently meeting Outdoors. Jr. High Youth Groups will begin meeting outdoors June 9th. Lighthouse Church and Generosity Team would like to honor the Lighthouse Senior Class of 2020 in a special way on Sunday, June 7th, with a Dollar Day Drive Thru for Graduates! This drive thru will be held after the Sunday online service from 11:20am to 12:00pm in the church parking lot with appropriate social distancing guidelines.
Graduation is an important life moment. Our Seniors have had to deal with many disappointing moments during their Senior year. We want the class of 2020 to know that when moments of disappointments rise up Jesus is there for them, caring for them and encouraging them on. Whether they celebrate grad-uation as they’ve always dreamed, have a delayed or modified graduation in some way or don’t have a ceremony at all, we want them to remember that trials can produce character and hope (see Romans 5:3-4) and Christ is the true meaning of life.
We hope this special Dollar Day Drive Thru for Graduates with an extra donation of one dollar (or more if you wish) will be a blessing to them all!

Virtual VBS (Online Only) July 13th - July 17th
Grab your neighbors, friends, and family as we take a closer at look at how we can FOCUS on God: hear, pray, talk, and live! Join us virtually for our 2020 VBS from July 13th-17th at no cost.
We encourage full family involvement to help your children dive deeper into their faith by putting the FOCUS on God and His amazing plans.
Your family will have a blast as your child discovers how to trust in what they CAN’T see because of what they CAN see.
On July 12th we will be handing out VBS kits with all the parent infor-mation, family challenges, and craft supplies.

THE POWER OF THE BIBLE
A generation ago, Halford Luccock was a bright, witty teacher of preaching at Yale Divinity School. He was also the author of many books and articles. In one article about the influence of the Bible upon history, he pointed to the initials of The New Testament: T. N. T. It is indeed TNT, he said, a document which stresses the explosive ideas of free-dom and equality. That is why the Bible is always feared by dictators. The Bible inspired the Magna Carta and the Declaration of Independence.

Grace to you and peace from Him Who is, Who was, and Who is to come; Who loves us and has freed us from our sins by His blood; our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! I MISS YOU GUYS!!! And I know your teachers miss you too! We are all looking forward to seeing you when we can gather again after all this COVID-19 stuff settles. In the meantime, stay safe! Even though we are all “staying home”, it does not mean that Children’s Ministry has to stop. Quite the OPPOSITE actually! Check out what God says through Moses in Deuteronomy 6:4-7 (emphasis added) … “Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one. You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. In your house. When you walk by the way. When you lie down. When you rise. God was telling His people to teach their children about Him, and He was talking directly to moms and dads. I pray that you will find opportunities to have faith talk with your children, to point them to God’s bless-ings and His love shown through His Son, Jesus, and to continue to pray often with them during this time.
