No-one likes surprises and transparency is something

we live by at Echo Arena Liverpool. Our promise to you

is that we’ll make sure that you have everything you

need to deliver a world-class event, including as much

as possible within your event package to keep those

extras to a minimum.

We’ll start by giving you consistency of contact

throughout the pre-planning process and during

the event itself to create a sense of teamwork and

commitment to you and your event, and we’ll do this

through ensuring you have a Dedicated Event Planning

Manager

At Echo Arena Liverpool we have an experienced and

dedicated team who will make your experience with

us the best it can be. Your Event Planning Manager

will be there to help you every step of the way, making

sure that your event gets the best possible assistance

and ensuring the delivery of all elements of your Event

Package.

PUBLIC STEWARDING

We’ll look after your customers from front of house and

ticket checking through to ushering, customer service,

safety management and incident response. We’ll also

work closely with third party security companies when

necessary to provide a seamless service.

POWER

Consumption is inclusive within your concert package,

we’ll also provide an electrician to supervise your

connection to the house power and be on call during

your event.

CLEANING

We’ll provide a comprehensive cleaning service for

front and back of house areas throughout your event.

RIGGING

A supervising rigger will be provided for all events –

and for concert packages this will include 2 additional

grid riggers to assist with production set up.

BACKSTAGE DRESSING ROOMS

You’ll have access to 6 VIP dressing Rooms, a green

room, kitchen and crew catering areas, 3 production

offices and a laundry facility, all available backstage

VEHICLE ACCESS

We have 1,600 car parking spaces on site, plenty of

production parking and If it’s allowed on a motorway

then it will get into the building! Your Event Planning

Manager will work with you to ensure a seamless

schedule for vehicle access before, during and after

your event.

Meeting the needs of event organisers is essential

and something that we measure ourselves by at Echo

Arena Liverpool. Our approach is all about maximising

the inherent flexibility of the building, as well as

ensuring our teams work closely to understand your

requirements and deliver the needs of every single

event.

Echo Arena Liverpool offers event organisers a

number of standard layouts as well as EchoTwo, our

more intimate venue-within-a-venue, with a capacity

of up to 4,000 (see P14-15). On top of these more

standard event formats, we can also work with you to

create a unique and comprehensive layout design of

your own. From seated or standing concerts, exhibition

space and banqueting, right through to layouts for

events such as Motorcross, Tennis, Squash, Boxing

and Wrestling, Echo Arena Liverpool is flexible enough

to make your event format feel purpose built.

Flexibility has also been engineered into the venue

design, with retractable seating to maximise the floor

space, mother and daughter grids to simplify rigging

activities, and level access allowing trucks to be driven

straight onto the arena floor. Our Artist Village and

production offices are immediately next to the action

yet far enough away to be secure and with 22 VIP

boxes and additional space available in the adjacent

BT Convention Centre, Echo Arena Liverpool also has

unparalleled hospitality and backstage options.

One of our most popular layouts has been the use

of the arena ‘D End’ to create a more intimate and

exclusive event space. In fact, it’s been such a

success that we’ve decided to make it official.

And so we bring you…EchoTwo.

With a capacity of up to 4,000, EchoTwo means you

still benefit from the world class technical facilities and

support package you would receive as part of our full

arena offer, but at a more cost-effective rate, while

giving audiences the chance to get closer to their

favourite acts.

The success we’ve already had with this layout shows

the market strength for a venue of this size. Add to

that a well established brand and a fully integrated

marketing and press campaign to promote this new

offer, and we know audiences will love the chance to

Echo Arena Liverpool is big enough to stand on its

own. But we don’t have to – with our sister venue

BT Convention Centre we are Arena and Convention

Centre Liverpool. This is a unique partnership that

you can call on at any time, adding value through

supporting infrastructure, space and expertise as

required. This fantastic additional space could be

used for anything from aftershow parties and dressing

room space, to green rooms, press rooms and media

facilities.

At ACC Liverpool you can walk from the arena into

a convention centre which houses a 1,350 seat

auditorium, 18 breakout rooms and 3,750m2 of

exhibition space without having to put your coat on.

So although on our own we are one of the most

exciting venues in the UK, when you add the rest

of ACC Liverpool into the mix, you have as much

flexibility as you need.

At Echo Arena, being green is not an add on or a

manifesto. It’s not something that we do because it’s

fashionable – it’s just who we are and how we were

built.

We know you have a choice of venues and realise

that for many, sustainability and green issues are

a key factor when deciding where to host events.

Echo Arena is one of the greenest venues in Europe,

specifically designed with the most energy efficient,

environmentally-friendly green criteria in mind.

Through initiatives such as rainwater harvesting,

wind turbines and low energy lighting we have

created a venue which produces just half the CO2

emissions it would without any environmentally-

friendly measures. Not only this, our onsite recycling

means we have also now met our target of zero

waste sent to landfill. We are the only venue in the

UK to have BREEAM and ISO14001 accreditation.
