� I chose South Pelham and Thorold because there is already a spa on East Main and Prince Charles

� Also Stone Mill Spa is a High Class Spa so you wouldn’t get much business if you put it on the East Side of Welland

� Putting a Higher Class Spa around here would be really good for your customers and yourself, there isn't a actual “Spa” around here

If cost was a factor I wouldn’t change my location because I would buy out the restaurant that nobody goes to on Thorold road and turn that into a spa.

I think that even if I costs a lot of money to get things up and running that location would pay off in the long run because you wouldn’t just get local Welland customers, you could get people from fonthill coming in to because they might live very close to that location.

I also think that price wouldn’t matter because most of the population is older people so what elder person doesn’t enjoy getting a nice little massage and their nails and hair done on a day out of the retirement home.
