Getting Start
Hardware Specification for LSTS
To excute LSTS program, you need a personal computer satisfied the
below hardware specifications.
1. CPU Pentium or over
2. Operating System Window 7
3. Hard Disc 1GB or over
4. RAM 1GB or over
5. Graphic Card Supporting Direct X 9.0
Install Program
To install the program, you follow the below steps.
1. Download LSTS Program in the URL.
2. Click the Setup.exe File
3. When program install window come up, click [Next] button.
4. After step 3, you make “C:\Program Files (X86)\EverHitIT\LSTS\”
folder and install the program into the folder. If you want to install

the program the different folder, just click [Browse] button and select
new folder and click [OK] button.
5. If you click [Next] button on install window, all the files of the
program will be installed automatically.
Execute Program
After the program install has been done, you can execute the
program on your PC. You can execute the program with LSTS icon on
Starting menu or Desktop window.

Delete Program
To delete LSTS Program from the PC, you can delete by the following
steps.
1. Go Start> Setting> Control Pannel menu and click ‘Add and Delete
icon.
2. Select“LSTS”in the list on the appeared window.
3. Click [Delete] button.
4. LSTS Program will be deleted.

Install Direct X
You must install 'Direct X'. If your PC was uninstalled 'Direct X', you
can't check chart and map at 'Seach&Report' of mainmenu
1. You generate a new folder to unzip a setup direct x file ( you
have to generate the folder a location to exclude wallpaper)
2. If you double click the direct x setup file, you can check a
window as follows. Click the [Browse] button, Select the folder
generated at no.1, Click the [OK] button, Click the [OK] button at
first window. You can unzip the directx setup file.

3. If you double-click the [DXSETUP.exe] file at the folder to unzip
setup file, you can install 'Direct X'

Main Window and Main Menu
Main Window
Work screen of LSTS and menu system are as following.
Main Menu
It contains all the commands to operating LSTS.
File You can login and logout, import the ‘BM’ (Bill of
Material) file and chat with other user.
Management You can perform the following works: steel members,
Revision, deleted members, alarm, print barcodes and
Sync barcode hand terminal etc
Production You can input the plan of production members and
the production completion. You can
add/modify/delete the ‘Bolt’ box and the ‘Loose Part’

Packing You can perform the Shipping/Job management, the
plan of packing and input completion work and print

Report You can check statistical work status from the project
process status and the 4D, the packing list and the

File Menu
Login & Logout
You can Log in or log out LSTS program.
.
At ‘File>Login’ menu, you can login LSTS program. Also, you can log
out at ‘File>Logout’ menu.
If you input the wrong password 5times, you have to unlock to log-in.

If you want to change password, you click the [Change Password] and
then input the information to ‘Change Password’ window.
If you don’t change password for 3 months, you check the window as
above.
You should change password every 3 months.

Import Tekla Structures Report File
1. Copy Template File
To generate the ‘BM Report File’ (ex: BPCM_v9.xsr) of Tekla Strcutures,
at first, you have to copy ‘Report Template File’ (ex: BPCM_v9.rpt) to
‘Tekla Structures’ folder or copy ‘Report Template File’ to by model
folder.
Folder for copy:
c:\ProgramData\Tekla Structures\18.0\environments\korea\template
2. Generate Tekla Structures Report File
You can generate a ‘BM Report File’ to import in LSTS program.

After you execute ‘Tekla Structures’ program, at ‘File>Open’, import
the file to perform modeling in ‘Tekla Structures’. At ‘File>Report’, if
you select a ‘BM Report File’ (ex: BPCM_v9) for LSTS at the ‘Report
Generate Use’ window. and then click the [Create from all] button, you
can generate a ‘Report File’(‘BPCM_v9.xsr’).

3. Generate LSTS Member
You can generate member information of the structure to use the ‘BM
Report File’ to be imported from the ‘Tekla Structure’ program.
At ‘File>Import>New Tekla BM on Client’ menu, you can import a
report file of ‘Tekla Structure’ program.
⚫ Select a ‘Tekla Structure’ and then select the options of
'Previous Data and Dummy Pieces.
⚫ Click the [Read] button.
You can import the BM report file. if you want to import the report
file after deleting existing files, you have to select the 'Delete' option.
and if you want to perserve existing files and import the report file,
you have to select the 'Preserve' option. If you want to read members
of Dummy type, you have to select 'Yes Read' option and if not, you
have to select 'No Read' option.

If you want to realize Tekal Structure models as LSTS member, you
have to set up 'Name' property of member property to 'Dummy'.
<Tekla Structures property>
'Name' propery is member's 'Name' of LSTS.
You can check that Structure to manage seperately 'Loose Part
Mebmer' is output at Separte Loose Part from Member. In the case of
opposition, the Structure is output at Connect Loose Part to Member.
⚫ Select the [Read] button to appear the below window
⚫ Select a BM report file
⚫ You can import the BM report file.

Manage Tekla Structures BM Revision
You can apply the changed data of Tekla Sturctures Modeling to
existing data.
At ‘File>Import>Revision Tekla Structures BM File’, After select the
'Dummy Pieces' option, if you click the [Read Revision TS BM File]
button, you can import the revisioned BM report file of Tekla Structure
After importing the BM report file, if you want to check the detailed
information about 'Modify Member', you have to click the [Write
Detail] button.
If the main properties change, Make Latest column is ‘o’. also, you can
check the changed items in the Detail column.

You click the [Write Excel] button, you can save the outputed
information at datagrid as an Excel file.
If you click the [Read Revision TS BM File] button, you can see the
window as below. If you click the [Ok] button, you can import the
data.
If you import the Revisioned Tekla Structure report file, you can see
the added/modified/deleted data compared to existing data at
datagrid. You can check the date, file name to be Revision or
imported at Revision History window on the lower left hand.
If you check the invalid Revisoned data, you can delete the data to
click the [Skip] button. on the top of datagrid. After completing
control works, click the [Apply Revision button, you can replect the
Revisioned data.
If you think invalid file during Revision replecting, you can stop the
Revision to click the [Apply Revision] button. If Revision is finish, you
cannot cancel the Revison

Input BM file into Excel file
You can input 'BM' file as an Excel file.
The members of input 'BM FILE' cannot perform 'Revision'.
At File>Import>New Excel BM File menu, If you click the button
at the right bottom, you can output a excel file of form as below.
After making BM FILE,
⚫ Select the 'Tekla Sturcture'
⚫ Select the 'Preserve' or the Delete' at the 'Previous Data
groupbox
If you click [Read] button, you can import the 'BM' file to the selected
'Tekla Structure' and then you can check the data at the selected
'Tekla Sturcture'.

You can check memberlist of selected 'Tekla Structure'.
⚫ Input '*' at the 'Update' column and 'Actual Date(YYYY-MM-DD)'
at the ' Actual Date' column and 'Package No.' at the 'Package
No.' column. If you input wrong 'Package No.' information you
can't update the line.
⚫ Save the excel file. and click the [Read] button at the 'Update
Template File for Actual Work' group box.
⚫ Import the saved excel file.

Management Menu
Edit Member
You can manage about member information.
At ‘Management>Edit Member’ menu, you can add/modify/delete the
member information. In addition, you can add/modify/delete the Bolt
is included within the member.
At ‘Search’ groupbox
⚫ Select ‘Tekla Structure’ to want search
⚫ Input member name to be searched in 'Name' window
If you do not want to search to use member ’s name, you can leave
the member 'Name' box. If you click the [Search] button, you can
check information of members to meet the conditions.
The total number, length and weight of members to be searched are
output in ‘Members’ datagrid. If you select the members in datagrid

and then click the [Print] button in ‘Print Barcode Label’ groupbox,
you can output the barcodes.
If you select a member in ‘Members’ datagrid and click the [View
Detail] button, you can see Bolts belong to the member at ‘Bolt’
datagrid. You can add/modify/delete it. ‘Revision Information’ At
‘Revision Information’ datagrid, you can check the ‘Revision’
information of the member. At ‘Shpae’ and ‘Plate’ datagrid, you can
check the small members of the beams and plates to constitute the
member.
If you select the menu at the ‘Export BM List’ groupbox and then click
the [Write Excel] button, you can output the searched member as an
Excel file.
In case of adding/modifying the member, click the [Add]/ [Modify]
button you can add/modify the member in the appered window, if
you click the [Delete] button, you can delete the selected member.
If you click the [Exchange Barcode&Work Process Data] button, you
can exchange barcode and process information at the same member.
This is used if there is the same member about performing revision
members of the deliveried members

You can check the status of the process progress by members or
make a production plan.
At ‘Management>Actual Work’ menu you can check the process

progress information.
At ‘Search’ groupbox, if you select the target Tekla Structure and then
input the member name or leave the entry box and then click the
[Search] button, you can see the member information on the screen.
You can check a basic-information, Package and date of process
proceed and print them, in case of the ‘Latest Member ’ information, it
is displayed in the ‘Revision Member’.
If you select the member and then the Subcon to produce a member
at ‘Fab Plan’ groupbox on the right and then select a date, you can
assign the production plan.
At ‘Work’ groupbox, select the Work Process, Subcon and work date
and then click the [Actual] button, you can perform the process with
the manual.
At ‘Repair & Rework for Fabrication’ groupbox, select the treatment of
target member and then select the Subcon and then click the [Assign]
button, you can assign it.
In case of unrevision members, you can hold it at ‘Fix Status of
Member’

You can manage Notice.
At ‘Management>General Notice’ menu you can check or manage the
notice and see a pop-up window when you log in out of
administrator. if it is the important notice, you can see '!' beside it.

Emergency work order and check
You can give an emergency work order to the steel member publisher
or check the contents.
You can give an emergency work order to the steel member publisher
as follows.
⚫ Stop: Temporarily stop work of the target steel member
⚫ Release: Operations resumed of the target steel member
⚫ Reject: Full stop of the target steel member
This can be performed in the ‘Management>Edit Member’ menu or
‘Production>Input Production Data’ menu or Construction>Input
Construction Data menu. After you select the member at target
window with the mouse, if you click the right mouse button, you can
see the pop-up menu. At pop-up menu, select [Add Notice] item and
then input the emergency instruction contents. They are given to the
publisher of the member as alarm window when he loges in LSTS.

The information in the ‘Target Member’ groupbox is the basic
information about the steel member. The work order item is selected
in the ‘Notice Type’ of the ‘Notice’ groupbox, and then the work order
date. ‘Memo’ is saved the existing work order contents as historical
format. If you have additional contents to deliver, you can add the
contents in the ‘Memo’ box.
When you logged in as a normal user at LSTS, you can see ‘Notice
Summary’ window. You can see the emergency order contents of steel
members of ‘Tekla Structure’ in connection with login user at ‘Notice
Summary’ window. If you click the [Go Notice Window] window to
apper the window, you can check the steel member is gived to the
current work order.
At ‘Management>Notice’ menu, you can open the same window
You can check the work order ststus and contents of each steel
member by Tekla Structure in this window. In case of checking the
work instructions, you have to input the contents about checking facts.
Select the target member and then click the [Check] button. You have
to input the Check facts.

Sync Mobile Eqipment and Work Data
You can transmit the work data to perform the production completion,
packing, installation completion to the central database with the Hand
Terminal or PDA.
After you equip a data device on the cradle, you can setup the
transmission status at the data device menu. At ‘Management>Sync
Data with Mobile Equipment’ window, if you click the [Sync. Data with
PDA] button, you can get transmitted the data of the data device. You
can check transmitted work data by process in the datagrid on the
right. If you select a data to be error in the received data and then
click the [Delete] button, you can delete it. If all transmission data is
correct, click the [Upload Data into Database] button, you can save
the received data in the database.
If the data synchronized with data device is incorrect, you edit the
Sync files on the Sync folder is located in the installation folder of
LSTS and then click [Read Sync Data] button, you can import back.
If you select the ‘Sync Data File’ (input.sdf…) and then click the [Ok]

button, you can import the work data.
If you synchronize with data device, you can see the [*] on the
Barcode Scan field of each process.

Input Production data--Setup Work Plan and Completion
You can perform the plan or completed work to each worker about
the operation of the production process.
At ‘Production>Input Production Data’ menu, if you select or Input
several options (Tekla Structure, Name, State, Type, Memo) and then
you click the [Search] button, you can check the production work
status of members by production process.

You can check member’s weight excluded loosepart weight at the
'L/Weight' row
You can input the general work plan of 'Welding' and 'Inspection'. In
case of the others, you can't click the [Plan] button. If the 'Plan Date'
item is blank, work plan of the member is not set. To set work plan of
the member, you select a plan date and then click the [Plan] button.
the ‘Plan Date’ item is got the date to be planned.
If you click the [Delete Plan] button, you can cancel the work plan of
the member and the ‘Plan Date’ item change blank. You can set the
batch production plan by selecting a plurality of members.
To setup completed work of the member,
⚫ Select the completed Date and Subcon to work
⚫ Click the [Actual] button
If you click the [Delete Actual] button, you can cancel the completed
work.
If you manually want to change the current process state, any data is
not input in the ‘Barcode Scan’ field.

Input Loose part
You can manage the ‘Loose Part’ information.
At ‘Production>Input Loose Part Data’ menu, you can
input/modify/delete the informations of the ‘Loose Part and perform
or cancel the packing the ‘Loose Part Bundle in Loosepart Box’ to the
‘Loose Part Box’.
At 'Loose Part' groupbox, if you select the Structure and then click the
[Search] button, you can check the ‘Loose Part’ is connected to the
Structure. If you input part or all of the 'Loose Part Name' in the
'Name' box, you can sort Loose Part.
Kind S - Loose part of Plate, M - Loose part of Shape
At the top of Gernerate Loose Part BM from DB group box, if you
check the Include revised mem or Include deleted mem and then click
the [Generate] button, you can check the members included
revisioned or deleted.

You can see the bolt and bolt box generated by the logined user at
the ‘Loose Part Bundle’ and ‘Loose Part Box’ groupbox.
When you perform the packing the Loose Part Bundle into Loose Part
Box, you have to select the ‘Loose Part Box’ at the ‘Loose Part Box’
groupbox and then select the Loose Part Bundle to pack at ‘Loose

Input Bolt Box Data
You can manage bolt (nut, washer) and the bolt box infomation.
At ‘Production>Input Bolt Data’ menu, you can input/modify/delete
the bolt box information and perform the packing bolt bundle in the
boltbox or cancel.
At ‘Bolt BM from Tekla for Reference’ groupbox, if you click the
[Gernerate Bolt BM from Tekla] button, you can gernerate 'Bolt BM'
for BPCM-LT from bolt info. of members for 'Tekla BM'(If you
imported the new 'Tekla BM' or 'Revision BM', you have to click the
[Generate Bolt BM from Tekla] to generate the new 'Bolt BM' If you

Packing Menu
Packing Environment--Setup Shipping/Job
You can setup the Shipping/Job and package information for packing
works.
To generate about the Shipping/Job is performed per project.
At ‘Packing>Packing Environment’ menu, you can manage the
Shipping/Job information.
If you click the [View Shipment] button, you can check the
Shipping/Job information. If you input the Shipping/Job information
and then click the [Find] button, you can check it.
If you want to generate a new Shipping/Job information,
⚫ Input a Subcon, a number Shipping/Job less than 20 characters
and Delivery Actual Date.
⚫ Click the [Add] button, you can generate a new Shipping/Job.

click the [Search] button at the 'Packed Material' group box, you can
check the member and box to be include in the selected package. If
you select a member and then click the [View] button at the 'Revision
History' on bottom, you can check Revision History of selected

If you setup the packing date and 'Subcon' and then select members,
loosepartboxes, boltboxes and then click the [Packing]/[Delete Packing]
button, you can input/cancel the selected members, loosepartboxes,
boltboxes of the package.
At ‘Memo’ box, you can write uniqueness about the packed members
and boxes.
If you click the [Print] button in ‘Print Packing/Truck Barcode’
groupbox, you can print out the barcode labels of package If you click
the [Print] button in ''Print Packed Member Barcode', you can print
out the barcode label of members, loosepartboxes, boltboxes.
You click the [Write Packing List] button, you can print out the

Setup work plan and completion of Construction Process
You can assign or completion the work about the construction
process to each team.
1. Input Construction Data (Arrival)

then click the [Search] button, you can check whether the packages

incorrect, you click [Delete Actual] button to cancel arrival completion
status. At ‘Member or Box List’ groupbox, if you click the [View]

Material Status Report
At Search&Report>Material Status Report, you can check the process
status by weight and type of the production quantity
1. Material Status
You can check the process status by weight distinction of the process
base on the PBS structure of the entire project. This data can be used
as the ready-made data. At ‘Material Status’ tap, select the process
and then setup the target period. You can see the sum of the weight
by Structure based on pre-defined weight stars. You can see the sum
of separately calculating the weight of members like 'Handrail, Ladder,
Grating and Stair'.
You can see method of calculating the weight of the sum of the flow
section steel members plus the ‘Plate’ weight on the upper table and
method of calculating the ‘Plate’ weight subtracted from the weight of
the sum of the flow section steel members on the bottom of the table.

you select the process and period and then click the [Search] button,
you can only see the data of member coming into the rage.

Setup Menu
Project & PBS
1. PBS
At ‘Setup>Project & PBS’ menu, you can modify ‘Project’ and setup
‘Revision Tolerance’. Also, you can add/modify/delete the ‘Area’, ‘Unit’,
‘Discipline’ and Activity. PBS hierarchy Tekla Structure is as follows.
[Project -> Area -> Unit -> Activity]
Also, each ‘Tekla Structure’ can be assigned one by one the ‘Discipline’.
If you click the [Modify] button on the right, you can bring the
following window

You can modify ‘Name’, ‘Start Date’, ‘End Date’, ‘Memo’ property.
At ‘Revision Tolerance’ group box, if you setup ‘Length’, ‘Location’,
‘Weight’, ‘Paint Area’, you can check that values smaller than the
corresponding value are not recognized as changed values when
excuting ‘Revision’.
If you add/modify the Area,
⚫ Click the [Add] / [Modify] button in the ‘Area’ groupbox.
⚫ Modify the ‘Area’ information.
⚫ Click the [Add] / [Modify] button.
You can save the ‘Area’ information.

2. Tekla Structure
At ‘Tekla Structure’ tap, you can check the ‘Tekla Structure’
synchronize with ‘Area’, ‘Unit’,‘Discipline’ and ‘Activity’.
If you separately manage the ‘Loose Part’, at ‘Loose Part Type’
groupbox, you can setup the ‘Loose Part’ for each ‘Tekla Structure’.
Click the [Add] button, you have to input a character to enter a name
in common of the ‘Loose Part’ to be managed.
If you add/modify the ‘Tekla Structure’,
⚫ Click the [Add] / [Modify] button in the ‘Tekla Structure’
groupbox.
⚫ Modify the ‘Tekla Structure’ information.
⚫ Click the [Add] / [Modify] button
You can save the ‘Tekla Structure’ information
‘Tekla Structure’ is one of ‘Zone’ in a certain amount buliding or a unit
of ‘Tekla Structure’.

Assign the User block
You can add/delete authority to access the ‘Tekla Structure’ by
‘Subcon’
At ‘Setup> Assign Tekla Structure to Subcon’ of main menu, you can
assign the Tekla Structure to access by ‘Subcon’.
⚫ Select a worker in the ‘Subcon’ datagrid.
⚫ Check or uncheck the subject to assign in the ‘Tekla Structure
List’.
⚫ Click the [Apply] button on the top.
You can assign or not the ‘Tekla Structure’ into selected worker.
The worker can add/modify the assigned ‘Tekla Structure’.

Setup the Member type
At ‘Setup>Member Type’, you can setup the member type (Column,
Beam etc.).
When you import ‘Tekla Structrues BOM File’, the member type is
generated and registered automatically.
⚫ Click the [Add] button and then input the member type and
index
⚫ Click the [Add] button to add the member type
⚫ The index range is from 1 to 100
⚫ You can check members in small order
⚫ Click the [Modify] button and modify the member type and
index

⚫ Click the [Modify] button to modify the member type and index
⚫ Click the [Delete] button to appear the window.
⚫ Select the member type replace the member type to delete
⚫ Click the [OK] button.
The member type of the members are connected to the deleted is
changed to the selected member type automatically.
Setup the Structure Type
At ‘Setup>Tekla Structure Type’ menu, you can setup the Tekla
Structure Type.
The Tekla Structure Type is assigned to each ‘Tekla Structure’. The steel
members constituting a Tekla Structure by Tekla Structure Type
classified by weight and Classified material is used as a ready-made
application source. You can check the ready-made application source
on the ‘Material Status’ tap of ‘Search&Report>Structure Progress
Report’ of main menu.
The ‘Tekla Structure Type’ is the rage by member weight and the unit
cost data to be used in ‘Search>Tekla Structure Progress’ of ‘Material

Status’ and ‘Material Status Detail’.
⚫ Click the [Add] button to apear the window
⚫ Input the name of the ‘Tekla Structure Type’ and value by
weight rage.
⚫ Click the [OK] button.
⚫ Click the [Delete] button to appear the window
⚫ Select the ‘Tekla Structure Type’ to replace the deleted ‘Tekla
Structure Type’.
⚫ Click the [OK] button.
You can check that ‘Tekla Structure Type’ of ‘Tekla Structure’ is
associated with the deleted ‘Tekla Structure Type’ is automatically
assigned to the newly selected ‘Tekla Structure Type’

Setup the Laydown Map
At ‘Setup>Laydown’ menu, you can setup the ‘Laydown Map’ data.
The ‘Laydown Map’ consists of a ‘Site’ and ‘Area’ information. The Site
is the information of the Laydown outside and the ‘Area’ is the
individual information to split into the ‘Site’ to a lattice form.
You can add/modify/delete the ‘Site’ and ‘Area’.
If you want to add the data,
⚫ First, add the ‘Site’ and then generate the ‘Area’ in the ‘Site’.
⚫ Input the name and then click the [OK] button.
To input the coordinate, you have to survey the Latitude and
longitude on the spot using the PDA device of LSTS.
⚫ Input the surveyed ‘Site’ and ‘Area’ of latitude and longitude,
latitude and longitude of the direction value.
You have to input the latitude and longitude in the clockwise
direction.

Setup the User Account
At ‘Setup>User Account’ menu, you can add/modify/delete the User
Account. You can appoint the user accout authority using the ‘Level’
properties. The accout authority features are as follows. You can give
one ‘Subcon’ to one User Account. Multiple users can simultaneously
access one accout available.
If the user accout authority is ‘Subcon Fabrication’, you can setup the
‘Type Delivery’ (Ship, Truck). The other accout is setup to the Common.
Supervisor: Full administrator Level
Viewer: View the progress of the project Level
Subcon Fabrication: Production and packing process of the
assigned Structure
Subcon Warehouse: Mangement the Warehouse of the assigned

Assign Work Manager and Publisher
You can add/delete the authority to check the work status of worker
by Work Manager.
Main Menu at ‘Setup> Assign Subcon to Manager’ of main menu, you
can assign the ‘Subcon’ to access by Work Manager.
⚫ Select a work manager in the ‘Manager’ datagrid.
⚫ Check or uncheck the subject to be assigned in the ‘Subcon List’.
⚫ Click the [Apply] button on the top
You can assign or cancel the ‘Subcon’ to the selected work manager.

Ressign the Member index number
At ‘Setup>Renumbering’ of main menu, you can newly assign the
index number of the member by the Structure.
The index is a serial number for the members of the same member
name. In case of continued revision, the index number of the same
member name may be changed and you need to regrant index
number of the member to manage the consistent member number.
Using this fuction, you can give a new index number of members.
The index number of the members is output to the member barcode
label, it is output to the number of the same form as follows
Current member index number / the total number of the same member name
The index numbering function of members run when you add a
member in the ‘File>Import>New Tekla Structure BM File’ of main
menu and ‘Management>Edit Member’. You can assign the correct
the index number to recognize automatically the index number of the
existing members in this menu. However, if you perform the
‘File>Import>Revision Tekla Structure BOM File’ of main menu or
delete the member in the ‘Edit Membe’r window, after carrying out
the work, you have to regrant the member index number because you
can not check the consistent index number.

Select the Structure to regrant the index number and then click the
[Execute] button. You can regrant the index number.
Setup Option
In case of output the Tekla Structural shape, you can setup the output
option, barcode label title and port when you sync with a
handterminal.
1. Graphic View
You can setup the output options of the Structural shape at ‘Graphic
View’ tap.
To output the name of Structure members, you have to select the
radio button in the ‘View Text’ groupbox.
The output of the radio button is as follows:
None: Do not Show
Member No.: Member Name
Member Type Name: Member Type
Member Punch No.: Punch Number
Barcode: Barcode Number

Fab. Subcon: Publisher ID
At ‘Display Type’ groupbox, you can setup the output format of the
structure member to ‘Solid’ or ‘Frame’ format.
At ‘Laydown Map View’ groupbox, you can setup the ‘Member Display
Size’. At ‘Etc’ groupbox, you can setup the ‘Member Font Size’. This is
the size of the member in the Laydown.
2. Barcode
You can setup the properties of the barcode label at the ‘Barcode’ tap.
After selecting the ‘Barcode’ tap,
The string is input at the ‘Customer/Fabricator’ textbox of ‘Label Text’
groupbox is output in the ‘Member & Package’ barcode label on the
bottom left.
The string is input at the ‘From/To’ textbox of ‘Location’ groupbox is
output in the Package barcode label on the right.
'Label Type of Member' and 'Label Type of Package' perform functions
as follows.

3. Sync.
You can setup the sync type at the Sync. tap.
1. Cradle - You can trans data to cradle.
2. WIFI - You can trans data to wifi.
* Transfer data to wifi
If you connect to wifi, you can check the ip at the sync window for
PDA.
At Setup>Option>Sync tap on client program, If you input ip on the

PDA IP, you can transfer data to wifi.
If you cllick the [Sync] button and transfer to DB on the client
program, you can transfer to useraccout and Laydown map data to
pda.
4. Printer
You can setup the properties of the ‘Printer’ at the ‘Printer’ tap.
Printer Type
Paraller Type Printer (LPT1): only Connect with Paraller Port(fast)
Select Other Printer: Local printer.
You can setup the ‘Print’ speed of the barcode at the ‘Printer Speed’
groupbox.
At 'Print Current User Barcode Label' groupbox, you can print out user
bacode.

5. Data
You can setup the format which the data is load on Search at the
‘Data’ tap.
Only Members:
-. This does not load the ‘Sub Member’ and ‘Bolt Data’ contained in
the member so it is fast but you cannot calculate the correct data.
Member and Linear Sub Members:
-.This load the linear ‘Sub Member’ contained in the member so
speed is a little slow and you cannot calculate the correct data.
Members, All Sub Member and Bolts:
-.This load the ‘Sub Member ’ and ‘Bolt Data’ contained in the
member so speed is slow but you can calculate the correct data.
When you modify the value of Overage (%) of ‘Bolt Overage’
groupbox and then output the ‘Bolt Data’, this is represented

6. DisplayData
At ‘Display’ tap, you can setup reading type data on Search.
Actual Color: Actualed color of member At ‘Production’
window or ‘Construction’.
Notice Text Color: in case of entering string on memo, this is
the text color.
Setup Database (Select DB Server)
If you intall the LSTS client program and then excute LSTS first, you
can check Open window as below. At Setup>Connect Project DB, you
can connect Project Database. To connect DB, click the [Read ServeList]
button and then you can check Open window as below.
