ROMAA neighborhood dating from the early 20th century, mixing houses from that period with modern constructions, large parks and tree-lined streets. Evenings see a bohemian atmosphere pervade, with restaurants, bars and venueswith live music and dancing. Visit the streetsof Amsterdam, Tamaulipas, Nuevo León and Michoacán to savor Arabian, Argentine, Italian, French, Cuban, Japanese, Mediterraneanand Mexican food. You will also find small clothing boutiques, bookstores and otherstore selling a wide variety of items.

The streets of the Roma neighborhood, which dates from the late Porfirio Díaz era (1876-1911), were named a�er the city was visited by the Orrin Circus, owned by E.W. Orrin, a partner in the real estate firm that built this area and whose houses were built in art nouveau, neo-classical and more eclectic style. Today the Roma is one of the most cosmopolitan area on the City, with a lot of restaurants, bars, co�ee shops, bookstoresand cultural centers frequented by bothresidents and visitors alike.
