Corrugated Sidewall Conveyor Belt Sidewalls are available in 4 Product groups Type S Standard construction in heights from 40mm to 120mm. Future developments will include the
possibility to supply with a Tacky Back.
Type SR Standard construction but with Diagonal Fabric Reinforcement.
Type HDSR Heavy duty construction including fabric reinforcement as standard in heights from 120mm to
300mm. The fabric reinforcement is of the diagonal type ensuring maximum flexibility with
high vertical stability. If required these can be supplied without fabric reinforcement to special
order, Ref: HDS
Type XHDSR Heavy duty Special design including fabric reinforcement as standard in heights from 300mm
to 630mm.

Common Conveyor Belt
Product feature:
The belts have the characters of good toughness, stable physical performance, good sticking tendency, soft
and have longer use life, and also are one kind of tradition belts. The belt is suitable for short distance
conveying the cement, metallurgical and steel and other materials.
Product Character:
The belt carcass of this product is CC fabric of high modulus, low shrink, and high breaking tensile strength.
Cover rubber of this product uses super quality rubber materials with performance.

Matters to attention:

NN Conveyor Belt
Product feature:
Nylon is one of the best quality synthetic fibers. The nylon canvas is woven by nylon rubber both in warp
and in weft, is the most widely used fabric in rubber industry, and its outstanding merits are its high
abrasion resistance, high tensile strength and good fatigue resistance. Conveyor belt with nylon canvas
inside have the characteristics of thin belt body, high tensile strength good shock resistant, good trough
ability, high adhesion between plies, splendid flexibility and and long working life. Nylon conveyor belts are
suitable for medium, long distance and heavy-load transportation of materials, widely used in mining,
metallurgical industry and architectural industry, port and etc.

Chemical Resistant Conveyor Belt
Product feature:
Because the belt core selects cotton-duck, nylon-duck, the belt has elasticity, excellent trough ability,
and low elongation. The rubber cover, which is made from chemical resistant materials, has fine anti-
chemical corrosiveness and good physical properties.
Usage:
It is suitable for conveying material with chemical corrosiveness in chemical factory, chemical fertilizer
factory, paper mill, mining industry and etc.

Fire Resistant Conveyor Belt Product feature:
Except for the future of common belt, the products also have the characters of heat resistant, crack
resistant, ageing resistant, and longer use life. It is suitable for conveying materials under the high
temperature in industries of metallurgy, cement, steel, coking and etc.

▲The carcass of the product selects cotton canvas of EP canvas skeleton materials. The cover rubber
and cushion rubber is made of heat resistant rubber material formula that has good heat resistant
performance.

Belting shall be one of the following class numbers, as specified by the purchaser: 200; 250; 315; 400; 500; 630; 800; 1000; 1250; 1400; 1600; 2000; 2500
II. TYPE OF COVERS
Belting shall be one of the following types, as specified by the purchaser:
Type A: A belt with the rubber cover that provides high resistance to abrasives and is recommended to transport abrasive materials.
Type M: A belt with a rubber cover that is suitable for the conveyance of extremely sharp and abrasive materials under severe working conditions.
Type N: A belt with a rubber cover that is suitable for the conveyance of abrasive material under average working conditions.
Type X: A belt with a rubber cover that is suitable for conveying high density abrasive materials under severe working conditions.
III. NOMINAL WIDTH
The nominal width of the belting shall be as specified by the purchaser and shall be preferably one of the following widths:
450 mm; 500mm; 600mm; 750mm; 900mm; 1050mm; 1200mm; 1350mm; 1500mm; 1650mm; 1800mm; 2100mm. NOTE Bold widths are ISO preferred
