Where to Find the Most Current Information for St. Tim’s While this bulletin is a great source of information about what is happening at the parish, please note that it is put together and printed about ten days in advance of the date on the cover. We do have several other means of communication that are much more fluid and are updated frequently. Our website is the definitive source for the most current information, particularly in times when situations may be changing rapidly. We will post the most important updates and communications on the homepage. We also utilize an email program called Flocknote and typically we send out a Flocknote, to all who have subscribed to this service, each week and it contains brief reminders about things coming up in the next few days. Flocknote has also been used when we have urgent information to share with all of you. You can sign up for Flocknote on our website on the communications page,(churchofsttimothy.com/bulletin) or you can sign up by texting the word Blaine to 84576. Updates and News
Streaming Mass We hope you are able to join us as we stream weekend Mass on our Facebook page and on our YouTube channel. The streamed Mass takes place at 5:00 on Saturday evening, and then the recording is available any time after that for you to watch. You can find us at https://www.facebook.com/StTimothyBlaine/ or on YouTube search for St. Timothy Church Blaine MN. Once on YouTube you can subscribe to our channel and then click on the bell icon and you will be notified of new videos added to our channel. Summer Bulletin Schedule Changing It has been decided that for the summer of 2020 we will be following a combined bulletin schedule. This is based on the fact that things slow down considerably over the summer months and it is difficult to fill a weekly bulletin without duplicating the same information week after week after week. (This summer may be even slower than usual, unfortunately.) Also worth noting is that the bulletin is not a vehicle for important, last minute updates or reminders - we are using our weekly Flocknote for that purpose - so anyone who is signed up for Flocknote will still be hearing from us about things that are imminent, last minute changes, etc. (To sign up to receive our weekly emailed Flocknote visit our website at: https://churchofsttimothy.com/bulletin.) What will be different is that the bulletin will only be produced every other week. For example, we will have a June 28 - July 5 issue, and this issue will be put out at Mass (God willing that we are back in the church by then for Mass) on both June 28 and on July 5. This combining of weeks will begin with the May 17 and 24 issue and run through late August. All bulletin issues will of course be posted on our website as they are published. Although we are over budget currently in collections, we are still being very cautious with our expenses. We want to make sure this current overage can carry us long into the future if necessary.
