RELATED·ISG:Miami’s real estate dream team

It seemed like the union that was bound to happen:

Florida’s most prolific developer of luxury condominiums joined with Florida’s most successful marketer of luxury condominiums. Related Group and International Sales Group. Together at last, as – what else – Related ISG.

Earlier this year, as Related owner Jorge Perez and top exec Matt Allen planned the re-emergence of Related Group in Florida’s renaissance condo market, they knew one of the keys was a tested sales partner with a deep talent team and a proven international network. It didn’t take long for them to focus on ISG’s Philip Spiegelman and Craig Studnicky.

They had built ISG into the top condo sales firm in Miami’s 2011 market, trusted by the big financial players re-launching South Florida properties. They rolled out the biggest project in downtown Miami, Vizcayne, and then the biggest project on Miami Beach, Gansevoort.

Their international division, led by Sergio Pintos, was well-known and trusted by the all-important community of Latin American real estate brokers.

After a brief courtship over the summer, Related ISG was born, and launched with the opening of offices in downtown Miami and on Miami Beach.

But that means we need to sweat the small stuff as we roll out these projects. The first is Apogee Beach in Hollywood – the most expensive new property on a South Florida beach – and we’re already 50% spoken for before opening. What we are doing there is a unique new way of selling. And for this and the other properties on the horizon, we are going to be very well-prepared and very confident that these are so well thought-out, they are literally irresistible. We are the only developer-sales team partnership that can do that. It’s a unique advantage.”
