WHAT’S COVERED

Consider relocating to Málaga today! EPAM provides our employees with a full suite of relocation

support services.

• Relocation-related documentation support for the EPAMer and the employee’s family

members*, including:

• Visa and work permit issuance fees

• Costs associated with obtaining documents

required for your visa or work permit (such as

translations or notary fees)

• Travel costs for visa application

• Relocation logistics support for the EPAMer and

the employee’s family members*, including:

• One-way airfare ticket with transfer and

accommodation on the way to the airport, as

well as three total checked bags for the

EPAMer and each of the employee’s family

members with an assigned seat

• OR the reimbursement of car mileage,

insurance, tolls, ferry or hotel en route to

Málaga up to 400 EUR

• Consulate visit logistics support for the EPAMer

and the employee’s family members*, including:

• Roundtrip airfare tickets with taxi to and from

the airport, or reimbursement of car mileage if

the trip can be made by car

• Additional taxi costs in Málaga up to the

total amount of 20 USD for the duration

of your stay

• Accommodations in Málaga

• Meal expenses

• Accommodation support for the EPAMer and the

employee’s family members*, including:

• Up to four weeks of temporary housing

provided by Global Mobility or the

reimbursement of one month’s rent for

accommodation self-arranged by the EPAMer

together with associated costs (deposit, real

estate services) up to 1,500 EUR

ADDITIONAL RELOCATION BENEFITS

EPAM provides the following benefits as part of the relocation package:

• Reimbursement of out-of-pocket local public transit expenses up to 300 EUR for the first month after

relocation to Málaga. Eligible expenses include:

1. Uber, Lyft, taxi rides

2. Car rental

3. Single public transportation ticket

4. Daily, weekly or monthly public transit passes

• Reimbursement of full costs related to the EPAMer and employee’s family members’ visa or status

extension if required by business necessity

*Eligible family members include spouse or one unmarried partner (boyfriend, girlfriend or registered domestic partner), and children (own or adopted) up to the legal age as defined by the local law.

Please note: all expenses must be pre-approved by EPAM's Global Mobility team. You may find that there are other changes you will incur during the relocation process that will not be covered by EPAM. Do not consider this brochure as a legal document.
