Education in China Children attend school at the age of 6, but

many primary schools are crowded with up to 50 students in a class.

Most students seem motivated to learn. They attend school Monday-Friday and

Saturday morning. They learn reading, arithmetic, science, as

well as politeness, discipline, and respect.
