ABSTRACT
The NANO drones is extremely small (NANO) unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) that is designed for use in urban areas.
NANO drones are controlled remotely and are equipped with camera and microphone.
The NANO drones are multi functional, military capable, small flight vehicles.
Size should be less than 15cms.

Its flight is either controlled autonomously by computers or under the remote control of a pilot on the ground.

KELVIN’S IDEA is from the flapping wing aerodynamics. Kelvin’s circulation theorem, the net circulation around insect
body is zero. ordinary insects, this build-up of high lift coefficient is

Working Principle
1. Air comes straight at the wing.
Air comes straight at the wings, bends around it and leaves straight behind the wing.
There is no net action on the air so there can be no lift.

2. Air passing over the wing.
Fig. shows the stream line as in the action. To generate lift, a wing must divert air down. The air passes over the wing and is bent down. As newton’s law suggests, the wing must change something of
air to get lift. Changes in the airs momentum will result in forces on the
wing.

ADVANTAGES AND DISAVANTAGES OF NANO DRONE
ADVANTAGES Nano drones are much cheaper to maintain than traditional
drones. Nano drones can easily recover from in flight collisions. Nano drones can save more lives in natural disaster because
their small size and ability to fly makes them very maneuverable.
Nano drones can save soldiers in combat positions by scouting the enemy territory to make sure it is safe to procede.
Low mass , low power requirements, High lift and low landing speed.

DISADVANTAGES
Nano drones could be used by enemies to spy on other nations possibly revealing top secret information for an enemy.
They are not self powered. cannot launch from ground. There chances of air bag buckling.

CONCLUSION
MICRO OR NANO air vehicles are new development of the technology by which a variety of operations are done.
Simple flapping of the wings does not generate sufficient lift.
So special mechanism is designed to get the required lift using weis fogh’s model.
Flapping mechanism have more lift compared to fixed wing mechanism.
It can increase the lift without increasing vehicle speed.
