The journey “BOOKS TO BYTES” put its first step forward in November 2011 at Sector II RK Puram ,N Delhi headed by KVS Commissioner Shri Avinash Dixit. The Talent Nurturing by Shri MS Chauhan Deputy Commissioner KVS Chandigarh has lend wings of creavity t o teachers of Chandigarh re- gion .Their Innovave approach has made an aempt to translate BOOK to BYTES at KV 4 Ambala Can under the leadership of Shri HK Nirmal Prinicpal KV 4 Ambala.( Harya- na). The Visit of shri O M Prakharan Addilonal Commissiner ( Admin) and Dr Dinesh Kumar Addional Commissioner ( Acad) has added colours to workshop and given us a mul- farious approach. The workshop aims at selecng the most crucial key con- cept in the lessons which are difficult to teach from Teacher point of view and tough for student to comprehend . 2012 is a leap year. Leap year is a year in which one extra day has been inserted at the end of February. A leap year consists of 366 days, whereas other years, called common years, have 365 days. The 29 February is known as a leap day and it is added to the calendar during a leap year. This extra day is added every four years to bring the solar year of 365¼ days into line with this calendar year of 366 days. An extra length of day has given us brainstorming on e—content which will enhance our professional skills. Measles Immunization

January 25, 2012

Haryana Government Health Depart-

ment people came for Measles Immun-

ization in our school. They immunize the

students and gave them a card stating

the help line number .

Students were kept under observation

after administering dosage of vaccina-

tion.

The progarmme was for children of age

group 10 and below.

About Milk

Pasteurization Students learn abut the

process of milk collection,

pasteurization , marketing ,

and about other dairy prod-

ucts .

They saw milking of cows

using machines . Calf sec-

tion was main attraction.

The calf had their num-

ber names.

Eat right and be bright

Eat balanced diet so that you do not fall

sick. Military Hospital persons made stu-

dents aware of types of wards, OPD, Blood

donation, ECG, Vaccination, X ray, ICU ,

Operation Theater .Students wished GET

WELL SOON to patients.
