Attendance Well done to class 2 for the best attendance this fortnight. Will you achieve 100% attendance for October? We have three more Go Air vouchers ready for our October prize winners. Monday October 15th 2018 Dear Parent / Carer, I am pleased to let you know that Mrs. Williams had a baby boy on Tuesday 2 nd October weighing in at 6lb 12 oz. Mrs. Williams gave us all a bit of a fright when the baby decided to make an early appearance however both mum and baby Oliver are doing fine. Thank you to everyone who donated cakes or attended our Macmillan coffee morning. The pupils, together with Mrs. Williams and Mrs. Morgan did a fantastic job of organising it all. The pupils all enjoyed a cake and some hot chocolate or squash once all of the adults left. In fact, they enjoyed so much that the pupils have asked if we can have a hot chocolate morning again. So, we have decided to have a non-school uniform day on Friday 26 th October with refreshments for a small donation to raise funds for the pupils. Head lice continues to be a problem within many schools. Whilst we do our very best to inform you if we are aware of a child having head lice, school is not the only time or place where head lice can spread and they affect everyone. This problem can only be beaten if every parent continuously routinely checks their child’s hair and treats if necessary.
