THE SITEThis attractive green field residential development site is well located on the western edge of North Molton adjacent to the local primary school on the main road from the village to the A361 North Devon Link road approximately 2 miles away.

PLANNINGNorth Devon District Council granted outline planning permission on the 4th December 2014 under application number 58144 for the development of up to 45 dwellings along with open space, playground, forest school, additional school parking and associated landscaping and infrastructure works.

TECHNICAL

A section 106 agreement dated 30th October 2014 provides for a number of financial contributions and affordable housing at 35%. A technical pack containing copies of the planning permission, S106 and utility information along with a ground investigation report is available from the agents.
