To the Parties Listed Below:
On July 21 and August 9, 2011, two shareholders of the above referenced Debtors filedletters on the case docket requesting the appointment of an Official Committee of EquitySecurity Holders (the “Requests”). See ECF Doc Nos. 144 and 157. On August 12, 2011, theUnited States Trustee forwarded the Requests to the Debtors and to the Creditors Committee ofTerreStar Networks Inc., Case No. 10-15446 (SHL), for comment. The Debtors and theCreditors Committee each submitted a written response (the “Responses”) to the United StatesTrustee regarding the Requests.
The United States Trustee has reviewed the Requests and the Responses. Based upon herconsideration of the foregoing, the United States Trustee declines to appoint an official EquityCommittee at this time.
