Finance Chair
◼ Works with treasurer to develop and deliver corporate partnership packets
◼ Works with public relations chair to compile and distribute resume book
◼ Document and maintain all information on current and potential sponsors
◼ Generate "thank you" notes and all other pertinent correspondence concerning corporate partners and advisory board members
◼ Provide secretary with copies of all correspondence ◼ Solicit, develop, and implement fundraising ideas ◼ Reports to and works closely with the treasurer
Historian
★ Maintain or begin chapter publications and information from special projects and activities sponsored by the chapter
★ Keep photographic records of all USF-NSBE activities ★ Compile all information needed for Chapter
Development Program packet
PCI Chair
★ Assist in the development of NSBE Jr. Chapter★ Main communication between NSBE and local high and
middle schools★ Work with NSBE Jr. Chapters attending conferences ★
