Arriving from the kitchen on a ‘when ready’ basis, a handful of dishes will become a revolving banquet. Each & every dish can be enjoyed in its own right but is more fun when shared and combined. Cut free from the rigidity of a single dish & explore the breadth of flavours and contemporary influences to be found across our menu. Consideration has been given to ensure a natural flow exists between all the foods ordered influenced by ingredients generally sourced within a 30 mile radius of our door, steered by seasonality and provenance. Whilst appetites can obviously vary, we recommend 2-3 dishes per person.
