Online Audience Survey Feedback: Due to unforeseen circumstances, our poll daddy results would not open. This meant we had to note down our original questions on paper and survey everyone manually. Despite taking more time, we actually received more results in a shorter space of time than poll daddy, thus proving to be a more effective method. A table was used for question 3 for people to order the films they most enjoyed/wanted to watch down to the least enjoyed/least wanted to watch. All other questions were answered by tallying. The results were then transferred into a table and pie charts using excel before being transferred into PowerPoint.

What age are you?Our target audience age range was between 13 and 18 years old. Three 17 year olds and seventeen 16 year olds participated in our survey. This simple question allowed us to understand the age of the participants and possibly an idea of what their interests may cover (relative to film).

Considering the recommended time frame of 2 minutes for our opening sequence, and the vast manjority if participants suggesting 90-119, we will aim to create our opening sequence around 120 seconds (2 minutes) long. Despite the fact that some people suggested over 119 seconds, we must be careful that if we are to exceed the recommended time frame, that the storyline is not ruined and conventions are effective at their purpose.
