Dear Mums, Dads, Students and Friends
Thank you to the 63 parents who completed the Parent Perception Survey for our school. The results are as follows:
It was noted that 33% of parents neither agreed nor disagreed with the statement ‘I have opportunities to have a say in the direction of the school and its education programs.’
We will analyse this data along with the data from the Student and Staff perception surveys to look for ways to improve the school’s performance. This information will be presented to the School Board at its meeting next Tuesday evening.
Wet Weather With the prediction of an ear ly wet and some recent rain it is timely to remind parents to have a plan in place for children especially for those who are walking or riding to or from school. It would be a great idea for children to have a plastic raincoat in their school bags. Children will not be released from the school in the case of an electrical storm or very heavy rain unless collected by a parent.
Mrs Colling’s Year 1 class will be presenting at the assembly tomorrow morning. I hope to see many parents there.
Kind regards
