New Introductions

• One Hour Class.• Half an Hour Home Room period.• Information Technology Compulsory Sixth

Subject.• Kashmiri as Main Second Language.• Regular Counseling.

Leave of Absence1. Absent without information on examination day: School will make a call to

find out the reason.2. Absent without information for three consecutive days: School will make a call to

find out the reason.3. Absent without information for five consecutive days: Reminder call will go.4. After 10th , 15th and 20th day official letters

in the form of card 1, 2, 1nd 3 respectively will go to the parent.5. On thirtieth day the name of the student

will be struck off from the rolls without any information to the parent.6. For medical leave , proper documents

need to be maintained.7. For sports leave, proper permission from

the Principal’s office need to be granted.8. Concerned Home Room Teacher will keep records of all leaves of a child..

Board registration for class IX (June-July)

All name corrections, spellings, surnames etc. should be completed by the end of June only.

No corrections at the time of Registration will be entertained.

Photographs and fee for registration: Colour With correct name spellings Date of clicking the photograph In School Uniform Registration fee.

Major Communication

• Record of bunking to be maintained.

• We would be sending messages to parents about bunking, discipline issues, shortage cases, progress of your ward in unit/Term tests.

• The communication with parents will be mainly through Campus Manager.
