Refer to the job aid “Logging In” for instructions on first time login, registering your computer, using a temporary password, and retrieving a forgotten password.

❶ Home – Returns you to the Welcome screen.

❷ Contact Information – Lists Program Administrator contact information, as well as JP Morgan support information.

❸ My Profile – Change password, update authentication questions, e-mail address, and e-mail notifications.

❹ Logout – Securely end your PaymentNet session.

❺ Menu Bar – Lists features you are permitted to access. Online Help is available on every screen.

❻ Messages – Important messages from the program administrator.

❼ Items Awaiting Your Action – Provides quick links to items needing your attention, such as transactions to review/approve.

Change Chartfields & Add Notes

• Either click the “Transactions for Review” link under the Items Awaiting Your Action dialog box OR from the menu, select Transactions > Manage. – Selecting Transactions > Manage will show ALL the transactions for the last 30 days.

• Select the transaction by clicking on any field in the transaction line. • To change the chatfields: Highlight the chartfield and enter the new chartfield.• To view the account code: The Account code is based upon the vendor’s MCC code. • To enter a note: Enter the note in the Transaction Notes box. The note should include the business

purpose and who the purchase was for. If prior approval was granted, this should also be noted. Every transaction should have a note. (All transaction should have a business purpose)

• Click the Reviewed box to indicate the transaction has been reviewed. • Click the Save button.

For every transaction:

• Verify and change the chartfield, if necessary

• Add a note

• Check the Reviewed box

Split Charges1. Select the transaction by clicking on any field in the transaction line.

2. Click the Add Lines button.

3. Enter the number of lines (splits) you need.

4. Click the Add button.

5. The lines will appear at the bottom of the screen. To view/update the details for each line, click the arrow above the Item number.

6. Complete the fields that display – you may split a transaction by either percent or dollar amount. Be sure to enter the appropriate chartfield, account code, and either the amount or percent to be charged to the account.

7. Enter a note in the Transaction Notes box to indicate the business purpose and who the purchase was for.

8. Click the Reviewed box.

9. Click the Save button.

Dispute a Transaction

Before disputing a transaction, attempt to resolve the issue directly with the merchant. If that is unsuccessful, dispute the transaction via PaymentNet:

1. From the menu, select Transactions > Manage.

2. Select the transaction by clicking on any field in the transaction line.

3. Select the Dispute button.

4. The Dispute form displays. Confirm your email address.

5. Select the Dispute Reason from the drop-down list.

6. You may be prompted for additional information.

7. Click Submit.

The following colors in the Transaction List represent the status of a dispute:

• Red = Dispute in Process

• Yellow = Dispute Submitted to Vendor

• Green = Dispute resolved

View and Print a Statement

Selecting Transactions > Manage will list the transactions for the last thirty days. You can create a query to find transactions based on specified criteria.

1. From the menu bar, select Reports > Create

2. Select report: Statement of Account Portrait

3. Enter a date range. a. Field: Select Post Date from the drop-down list. • Operation: Select the desired operator. Use “ is between” to enter a range of dates.• Value: Either enter the date or use the calendar icon to select the date(s). Dates should be in the

MM/DD/YYYY format

4. Optional: Criteria add a field for cardholder last name. Use “ Begins with” to enter last name.

5. Click the Process button to run the query. Query results will display on the Transaction List screen.

6. If you wish to save the query, click the Save Query link and enter a name for the query. Click the Save button.

7. The query will be available under the Save Query drop-down list.
