• EO 13693 requires agencies to report emissions from leased space starting in FY16.

• GSA will calculate emissions for tenant agencies at the Occupancy Agreement level.

• GSA will deliver an annual report of emissions for all OAs to each tenant agency’s CSO.

• Report will include emissions for both GSA-owned space and space commercially leased by GSA. GSA will handle collection of data from commercial landlords (for space leased via GSA).
