Pick & Mix Campaign Terms & Conditions: Eligibility 1. All information in the communication mailer - as attached to this Terms - on how to participate in “Festo Pick & Mix” (the Rewards Programme) shall form part of these terms and conditions. 2. By participating in the Rewards Programme, the purchaser agrees to be bound by and to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance with or breach of these Terms & Conditions may disqualify the purchaser at any stage of the Reward Programme, and any free selection of products chosen may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed. 3. The Rewards Programme is open to new customers of Festo in Southeast Asia in 2019 only. New customers here are defined as customers whom has never made any single purchase/has not been purchasing any of Festo products for two years and more. 4. The purchase order must be received by Festo during the relevant Rewards Programme period stated in below paragraph (see the section under Validity of Festo Pick & Mix Rewards Programme 2019). Festo accepts no responsibili- ty for any late, lost or misdirected purchase orders, including purchase orders not received by Festo or delays in the delivery of the purchase orders due to technical disruptions, network congestion or any other reason. Validity of Festo Pick & Mix Rewards Programme 2019 5. This programme is valid from 21st October 2019, 8am (GMT+8) till 31st December 2019 (5pm) (GMT+8), unless otherwise stated by Festo. Redemption Value of the Free Selection to Festo Top Sellers Product Range (Complimentary Product(s)) 6. Redemption Value of the Free Selection to Festo Top Sellers Product Range (Complimentary Product(s)) is neither refundable/exchangeable for cash/credit nor to be used in conjunction with other promotions. The complimentary product(s) is not transferrable. Unused balances of the redemption value will not be refunded. 7. All complimentary products are subject to availability and are redeemable on a first-come, first served basis. Festo shall not be liable or responsible in the event of any shortage of stocks. 8. Festo reserves the right to revoke the complimentary products awarded to the purchaser or demand equivalent compensation value of the complimentary products awarded to the purchaser in the event that there is no payment transaction or the payment transaction is cancelled or reversed at any time by any party for any reason, or if the purchaser fails to effect due payment for the purchase order or for any other reason as Festo may determine at its discretion. 9. Where applicable, redemption of the complimentary products not redeemed within one (1) month from their date of purchase shall be disposed of at Festo’s sole discretion. 10. By accepting the complimentary products, the purchaser agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless each of Festo, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and representatives against any and all losses, rights, claims, actions and damages arising from the use of the complimentary products. 11. The purchaser is responsible for paying all logistic transportation and import taxes (if any), and for making all applicable disclosures to third parties, for redeeming to the complimentary products. 14. Participating products may be added or deleted from selection category at any time. Festo reserves the right to restrict, suspend, modify or substitute the Pick & Mix program at any time without notice. Notice of Changes 15. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on our Festo Pick & Mix eNewsletter and will be effective immediately unless stated otherwise. Eligibility

2. By participating in the Rewards Programme, the purchaser agrees to be bound by and to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
