    Malaysia aspire to become a developed nation by the year 2020

    ICT literacy is emphasized to develop learning skills such as critical thinking, analysis of information, effective communication, and problem-solving.

    The MoE has formulated a national ICT policy in education, and a master plan to implement policies, with sufficient allocation of budget to ensure effectiveness.
