In 1983, Mandurah Forum shopping centre opened to service the modest needs of what was then a small holiday town. A captive market with limited competition, it’s been Mandurah’s favourite retail destination ever since.

Now, in a massive $350 million redevelopment, it’s being reborn to become the contemporary retail, dining and entertainment destination of what is now Western Australia’s second biggest city*.

Early 2018 will see this major project nearly double the size of Mandurah Forum. It will be anchored by David Jones, Target, Big W, Kmart, Woolworths and Coles. Additionally, it will feature five new mini major retailers and approximately 220 specialty retailers. It will include an extra 26,000 sqm of retail space, including new retail experiences, commercial tenancies, an alfresco dining precinct, a brand new food court and an indoor and outdoor play area for children.

The result will be a premium shopping destination offering a vibrant new retail and community experience to a diverse and thriving community.

Mandurah Forum is set to become the Heart of the South.
