  • EUCOPAVE- a new generation of joint-free pavements

EucoPave: Captures some of the best attributes of both asphalt and concrete Flexibility Jointless Strength Durability Freeze/Thaw

  • EUCOPAVE

    PAVEMENT TYPE

    AsphaltFlexible pavement

    ConcreteStiff pavements

    EucoPave (semi-flexibleconcrete asphalt)

    ADVANTAGES

Flexible, jointless, sounddampening, fast applicationand ready to use

Durable, high load bearingcapacity, high wear, impact andsolvent resistance and lightcolour

Semi-flexible, jointless, load bearing capacity, high wear, impact & solvent resistance, light color, fast application and curing time

    DISADVANTAGES

Limited strength,/limitedstatic load bearing capacity, dark color

Long curing time, joints, cracks and great thickness

Two applications cycles, limited load bearing capacity comparedto concrete

  • EUCOPAVEINSTALLATION OF EucoPave MORTAR

Quick return to service. Short shut-down time

The following table provides guideline as to how many hours a EucoPave pavement should typically cure at various temperatures before being subjected to the given loads. The guidelines should be considered as average values as many conditions influence the curing process.

Degrees in Fahrenheit Type of Use 77 68 60 50 40 Light Pedestrian traffic 10 12 16 24 41 Mechanical loads Truck, lorries, traffic etc. 19 24 32 48 81 High pressure cleaning 38 48 64 96 162 If temperature drops to freezing the curing process will stop, but will start again once the temperature rises above 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
