As an agent, I take my responsibilities very seriously,
It’s not just something that I ‘do’ it’s more like a ‘lifestyle’.
For instance, when I started working at Answering Service Care,
I was trained to respond with ‘It’s My Pleasure’
when a caller says ‘thank you’
and now,I find myself responding to
everyone that way…
Sometimes I catch myself saying it at home and I go
NO! You’re welcome!And everyone looks at me like I’m nuts.
It is the most amazing thing for me to hear
“job well done” from a client
and that’s what we strive for.
Each morning when I get here –
I smile and say to everyone todayis going to be a GREAT day
because we will be making our clients happy…
