The donation is part of the pet food company’s Fill A Bowl… Feed A Soul™ (FABFAS) program, a national campaign targeting one million meals for shelter pets annually. The food was first shipped to Premier Pets in Beverly Hills, MI where owner Mike Palmer oversaw the distribution to local shelters and food banks desperate for nutritious food to feed their pets. “We feel so fortunate to be able to help make the community a better place for both humans and animals,” said Mr. Palmer. “The positive energy and the passion from the rescue organizations is contagious. These rescues work so hard and do an incredible job of caring for and providing refuge for so many animals, this is the least we can do.
